I've been fortunate to have Steadfast work on my ceiling rebuild. They have different teams coming over to do heavy lifting work or just check and monitor. Their manager Addison has been clear in communication and easy to find and talk to, and also quick to reply, so that i can always stay on top of things. Their construction team is really professional, always show up on time, took good care of my house (always on shoe cover, get plastic to cover my furniture and carpet etc.), get the work done and help to clean up afterwards as well. Awesome company and awesome people!

They did a great job to restore my storage room, all done in one day visit. Ramon came as scheduled in timely manner. Clean up place clean after the work was completed. Only one call out - it took so long to schedule the work (one month). But I guess they do the good jobs that is why so busy, long list of clients.

We had a hot water pipe leak in our kitchen, with water soaking our ceiling and two adjacent walls. Steadfast quickly cut open our ceiling and removed cabinets and tiles of both wall, to dry out so we can reconstruct our kitchen back.The team is friendly and efficient, and respectful of our home.Update-Team been working to restore our kitchen, various cabinets been rebuilt and installed, new tiles floor laid today. Very good workmanships. Thanks!Latest update-After over three months, our kitchen restoration is finally completed. Time for drying out the walls and ceiling, rebuilding and installing half of our cabinets, new tiles and floors, reinstalling the dish washer, all work completed. The crews were all professional and friendly, only issue is their schedule is tight, as they have many projects, so patience is important. Addison who is main contact and scheduling, is very responsive.We finally have our kitchen back, and the leak gave us a chance to upgrade the floor and walls, with a much more modern look,

I had water damage in my condo unit due to a leak in the unit above. New washer and dryer machines were incorrectly installed. Eric and the team at Steadfast got to work extremely quickly and kept me informed of repairs regularly (Calls, texts, pictures/videos of progress) They even gave me a heads up on some of the obstacles I would have with my insurance. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

They are very reliable and are very responsive. I let them (Eric) know the dehumidifier was very loud in the next unit and was keeping me up at night. They sent someone to check on the progress and it was turned it off that day. All the contractors were nice and friendly.

I applaud, Addison, who immediately responded and coordinated her crew's schedule to remove (and reinstall) our condo's outside stair rails for an appliance delivery from a Big Box Co. for our tenants. All this was done by text and eliminated stress/pressure generated by the box co.delivery date/time changes. She handled this very professionally with seemingly great knowledge!I now have knowledge of Steadfast Construction and all the many services they can provide for any future needs.....again, thanks to Addison!!

After our builder grade shower developed a leak and mold within the crevices of the caulking that was beyond repair, we decided to just have it ripped out and replaced with a custom one. What made it a little difficult was the decking for the soaker tub protruded into the space of the shower. So I wanted a partition wall between the shower and the tub.Went online and did the usual quotes. I think we had about 7 contractors at our house giving us quotes. One came in super low and one came in at about $35k. Which was ridiculous for the scope of work (IMO). Anyway, Eric and Steadfast came in and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. On top of that, Eric was personable and was really down to earth - which is really important when choosing any service oriented business. I remember one dude from the competition sounded like he was ready to sell me a Toyota and walk me to the finance office. It was not fun talking to that guy.Ended up going with Steadfast and work started in less than a month. The demo team came in and worked fast. In less than 2 days, they had the place cleared. I picked up all the finished materials and left it for them. Workers were super efficient and loved that they laid down drop clothes over their walkway. Felt a little bad as there were some hiccups (as always in any contract work) that increased the scope of work.Really really happy with the end result. My favorites are the jigsaw feature wall (which seemed like a bear for them to lay) and the linear drain. Always wanted one of those! Feels really custom and after more than a year, we can finally enjoy our shower once again. Bad thing is now there is so much space, I'm gonna need a big shower head. Steadfast is THE BEST!!!! A different construction company was doing repairs outside my condo and broke my sliding glass door! They did an unsatisfactory temporary repair leaving my home unsecured. The HOA called Steadfast after I got home from work and discovered the problem. Steadfast came through with a late evening emergency repair making my home safe again. The guys were really nice. Steadfast came up with a thorough plan to revamp our not-built-to-code shed that came with our house. We couldn't even go in it when we moved here, it smelled so badly and had water and termite damage. Steadfast took out all the water damaged and termite-infested wood, installed floor vents and a vapor barrier, redid the floor and added floor insulation, removed and reinstalled the sliding glass door, installed waterproof laminate flooring, and added baseboards and moulding. When we noticed after it was completed that the floor wasn't level to our satisfaction (we knew it wouldn't be perfect because the original build made it hard to remodel but we expected it to be more level than it was), Steadfast came back and redid the floor, flooring, and baseboards at no cost to us. It is now a beautiful, non-smelly office that will probably last another 15-20 years. Thank you especially to Eric, Noel, and Hugo for their hard work on this project. Our guest bathroom was in dire need of updating. Steadfast had done work for us in the past (kitchen counters, backsplash and such) so we reached out to them. They responded immediately, their quote fit our budget perfectly, work started right away, they've very professional, communication isn't an issue and the job was completed on time. I can't say enough nice things about the crew and the staff at Steadfast. Having work done on your house can be so stressful. That wasn't our experience with Steadfast either times we turned to them.
