I’ve hired contractors for several major remodels in the Orange County area, and finding a competent SD contractor for help with our hilltop cabin in Julian, CA proved to be nearly impossible. Luckily, I stumbled upon Jose Rivas and his crew who installed all new siding, insulation, replaced all of our windows/ doors, painted and installed all new electrical and did so as a consummate professional. I absolutely recommend Rivas Construction for all of your contractor needs. Great communication, fair pricing and impeccable work, which is sorely lacking in much of the industry. If only I could find this level of contractor in Orange County. Thank you Jose, your info is forever stored in my favorites😎

We hired Rivas Construction for a whole house remodeling after purchasing a fixer upper in Tierrasanta. Jose provided redesign plans and options; advised on options requiring permits; managed his crew through full reflooring, repainting, new bathrooms, new kitchen, and structural fixes; and helped us find materials at value.The house interior was redone and beautiful from head to foot with great quality and Rivas was on their estimate to the dollar - while advising about cost of upgrades or changes was considered during the process.
