I can’t recommend Northwest Exteriors highly enough!! They did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond to make sure our job was done perfectly! Jason, Darin, and Pat were the three gentlemen who worked on our project. All three of them were kind and considerate. Their work looks amazing and they did such a great job cleaning up afterwards, leaving my house nice and clean.James was The gentleman who came and bid the job and set everything up once we wanted to move forward. I really liked how James had a no-pressure sales style.As a woman, I’m always mindful of safety when I have men in my house who I do not know. Very happy with our window and slider purchase. Sales rep John was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and wasn’t a pushy salesman. Then on install days Jason and John showed up on time, treated our home with respect and cleaned up after themselves, and worked around our newborn and pets for a smooth install. Will definitely use them again if I ever need more windows or doors.

We purchased new windows and sliding doors to replace the dated 1980 ones we had. The entire team at Northwest was amazing! Our sales rep Chad started the experience with a great first impression and the installation team Paul, Tony, and Vlad left us with a great impression. We replaced the windows in our whole home with Northwest. We had 2 other companies come out and give us a quote for the exact same set of windows. Northwest by far had the best price. We had a few paperwork issues, but we received our windows in the timeline we were given. Everything looks amazing and the installation team were great to work with. Scott Herold is our Northwest Exteriors salesperson. Scott is very knowledgeable of products from Northwest Exteriors and is professional in his work. Sean was the project manager/estimator who offered honesty and precise measurement for our home windows installation. Justin performed the scheduling for the windows installation, he was courteous to help with finding an appropriate timeframe for our invested purchase. Joe and Tim installed all windows and both sliding glass doors to our home during the 3-day install. Both Joe and Tim are highly recommended for their honesty, hardwork, and attention to detail. Joe walked through processes of the install and explained his approaches to install windows correctly. Tim offered careful and attentive detail to his work to complete work correctly the first-time. The effort to install almost 30 windows was a smooth process from beginning to end. All NW Exteriors employees performed great from their respective services and provided successful customer satisfaction. I recommend Northwest Exteriors for the products they sell and employees who provide this service.

Let me start with what I am unhappy with. I am not happy that I didnt order other windows at the same time!!!!! The sales guy, Chad LaMantain was on time for both appointments. Gave me the sales pitch (which I expected), but not a pressure thing. He was matter of fact, told the good and bad of different products and let me decide what I wanted!! I really appreciated the no pressure sales approach. His sense of humor is great. The only bad thing, which actually a good thing, is that it took quite some time to get the windows in. Of course it takes time. They were custom made for my windows! Not off some big box store shelf that you'd have to mess with, but made for my particular house!!The came for the install. Joseph and Tim arrived on time and well prepared to the job at hand. It wasn't the best day to install window as it was about to rain at any moment. The temperature outside was a chilly 45°. They looked at the weather report and thought, "rain not expected for about 6 hours". Lets do this!! They set up the cutting station (each window has to have a custom cut for the trim before it goes in). While Tim is removing all the sealant around the old windows to get them out, Joseph is cutting the trim pieces out front. He started with the new sliding door. Once cut, he removed the old slider and got ready to install. Before he even brought the slider to the back yard, he did a through inspection of the opening. No damage to the door frame, lets go!! Got the door in, shimmed in place, sealed and done! All the while, Tim was removing the 8 large windows and inner frame work. The first two windows were cut and ready to install. Then I hear Joseph yelling "TOWELS, I NEED TOWELS". (the weather guessers were wrong-quick rain shower with wind and my floor is getting damp!!) Not to worry, we covered the floor and they kept working hard!After a bit, I had to shut my mouth. I would interrupt them every once in a while with a question. Very politely, they told me to hang on, they'd get to my questions! I had to realize they were under pressure to get these installed before the downpour started. 8 windows and 1 sliding door installed, thermostat turned back on and they explained in detail everything I needed to know. They even joked that in a little while, I was going to come down with a case of 'window iteus'. While standing at the sliding door, as soon as the wind picked up, I heard the sound of air coming into the house. The window next to the slider was howling with the wind. Remember what I said when I started this review? I wasnt happy that I didnt order more windows? Well, that time was now. I just got hit with 'window iteus'!!!!!Guess who I called the next morning. Yep, good old Chad LaMantain!! I ordered replacements for two other windows. He took the time to go through the entire house (2 story with lots of windows) to get me prices for all of them. Got them ordered and I even requested that Joseph and Tim return to do the install.The next time I suffer from Window Iteus, I know who I am calling and who I will request to do the install.**********************************************Update 4-22-24The next order of windows came in and both Tim and Joseph came back out to install. Great job! No more windy draft coming through the broken seals. Trim looks great! I was able to go around after they left to pick up the little pieces of gunk (hey, you cant get it all, sometimes it takes a day or two to show up). Chad did give us an estimate for a couple of other windows. Will have to wait a few month before to tackle that job (it will be in conjunction with a bathroom remodel).

These guys are great. Logan came out today and did an awesome job installing our new windows. Fast, clean and professional, it turned out better than we had even hoped. Huge upgrade from the old original windows on the house. 10/10 would recommend, their whole process is quick and painless.

I’m am so happy with the work that Northwest did!! Paul, Toly and Vlad were amazing to watch these guys take great pride in their work. They also showed respect to our house and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I’m sure going to tell everyone we know about how great Northwest was. Everyone commits on the quality and appearance of our Anlin windows and door. If you need anything that Northwest does I would not hesitate choosing them, they are the best!!

We just had our dual front doors installed by Northwest Exteriors two weeks ago and we love it! They gave us a much more reasonable price than anyone else also.Our salesperson was Troy and he went out of his way to find us a dual door that we loved even though our size was a bit unusual!Jeff and Colby did a wonderful job installing the doors! Everything fit beautifully. No more air coming in from outside, no more creaking, etc!Thank you to Northwest to their phone staff and Justin also! Hands down, the best providers for anything I have ever bought for my home.Let me start my saying I must have had at least 6 different companies come out to my home to replace the windows. These ranged from glass companies (the type you can have come out to replace the broken glass in your shower stall], to contractors who will replace your siding, gutters, windows, everything).I had begun to research the differences in low-e glass and hollow or insulated window frames, the ranges in quality and types of dual pane windows etc.I knew that I needed something very resistant to the harsh sunshine that blasts the front of our house all day long. We live on a hill and have no trees blocking our view, or providing shade from that hot California sun. We also don’t close our window shades because we love looking out into the distance all day.In the summer, our AC used to fight a losing battle with the “radiators” (huge windows) in every room.With that said, our views were fantastic, especially given how sleek our old aluminium window frames were (skinny frames, huge glass panes), energy-efficient or not.So we had quite a few challenges. We didn’t want window tinting. We want our cake, and to eat it too.I asked many questions of each person who came out to see my old windows. Some quotes were very cheap and tempting, but I could see that the new windows weren’t going to be much of an improvement.Some of the salesmen didn’t know what a U-factor score was or how they could check it. I was advised to call the company who made their windows for one company!But when Troy from Northwest Exteriors came, he was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He actually taught me a lot about the gasses/quantities you can have inside the windows, the different coatings, the insulation in the frames, etc etc.Troy is very friendly, not pushy or judgemental [think messy farmhouse] and soooo quick and efficient at responding to questions and getting things done (I didn’t even get a reply from my local Milgard dealer until my Northest windows were already in, haha!)The prices from Northwest were not s high as I would expect for such a high end product either.So along with the fact that Troy was friendly, quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about windows, everyone from Northwest was quick and efficient, right down to the lovely installers who came out and just made the whole experience fun and happy for my kids and I.Now, down to the actual windows; if you have a house that gets very hot in the summer and a bit drafty in the winter, you absolutely HAVE to get Anlin Del Mar windows. They are EXTREMELY well insulated and absolutely beautiful to look through. It’s actually nicer to look at our expansive views through these lightly tinted windows than it is from the front deck.To immediately test the difference, I used a laser thermometer on the old windows and the new ones on the day of install (obviously the windows were changed one at a time, which meant I could accurately test old and new, at the same time on any given day). There was a 30° difference in the window frames and a 20° temperature difference in the glass! And my old windows didn’t even seem that old fashioned! Besides the cracked aluminium frames, most of the (dual pane) glass looked good!So Northwest have improved our views, made each room look and feel newer, and made a huge difference in our energy bills. Plus these new windows are much easier to open, and lock!If you still have your construction grade windows on your home, you should really look into upgrading to any of the window brands from Northwest (we also got some Monte Verde windows in the rooms that didn’t need soundproofing - oh yes, I forgot to mention, the new Anlin windows block the farm sounds so well, we don’t even know when our dogs are barking, haha).If I could give Northwest infinite stars, I would. Their service and quality of products has far exceeded our expectations.Thank you Troy, Bill, and everyone else who has helped us upgrade our home so monumentally, with such a simple solution.

My house was built in 1959, most of our home was still stuck in the sixties including our 3 sliding doors.Selecting Northwest to replace our outdated 3 sliding glass doors was the best decision we ever made.The difference in the esthetics is amazing to say the least, but the difference in our energy bill savings is even better. I got a flyer in the mail advertising an amazing deal. I called and they came out and provided me a free estimate. The price in the estimate was double the price advertised in the flyer however, the windows that I had installed are absolutely AWESOME! They came in and went right to work, did a top notch job, cleaned up nicely and left me proud of my purchase. My desire to pay by debit card was met with disappointment as they pass on the card processing fees to the customer, overall, I am satisfied with Northwest Exteriors and would recommend them for business.

After shopping around to various window companies, Northwest seemed to be the right mix of high quality product and fair price. We did a ton of research and felt comfortable going with Northwest and Anlin windows.The installation couldn’t have been smoother. Paul, Toly and Vlad were courteous and quick, but really paid attention to detail. They respected our house and laid down tarps and vacuumed after. Cleaned up outside. Just really pleasant guys.Overall, I’d say so far so good. Our house looks like it just got a major upgrade. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We just had 11 windows and 2 doors replaced on our house. The timeline for the installation was right on target and they communicated well during the whole process. Our house is made of block and to say the installation was difficult, is an understatement. Specifically, Jeff and Kolby were very professional and detail oriented when it came time to the install job and walked us through the trim options and their recommendations. Our new smart deadbolt was struggling a bit, and the next day Jason came by and made a slight adjustment. Overall, I would highly recommend Northwest.

I'm giving 5 stars, not because the experience was perfect as a whole, but everything I needed was followed up with promptly, and that is what really matters to me. I got 6 windows and a patio door for a really good price compared to any other Anlin dealers in the Sacramento area, and I did a LOT of research. The Del Mar is Anlin's high-tier window and features many energy-efficient qualities, so I highly recommend it. The installers are in-house, so no worries about subcontractors and preliminary notices, and they did a great job.

We had NWE install 22 replacement windows and 2 patio doors in our home. It went smooth and according to schedule. They were easy to work with and we got exactly what we wanted. Jason and John did most of the windows. Jeff and Colby helped with the bigger ones and the doors. They were all great workers and I’d be happy to have them work on my house again. We couldn’t be more pleased with our Northwest experience from start to finish. Walked into the showroom with zero knowledge of how to proceed with replacing a set of exterior French doors that were several years past their prime. From the showroom personnel to the in-home consultant to the measuring expert, and finally the installers – everyone was helpful, courteous, and very experienced. Our installation was complicated and probably a little frustrating for the installers, but they never showed it and we have a gorgeous new set of doors. Thank you Northwest. We’ll be back!

I'm in LOVE with my new windows, with Northwest, with our sales rep, Mike Madhaw and our installers, Joseph and Tim.We chose black frames and they're GORGEOUS!Mike Madhaw, our sales rep was wonderful! He demonstrated the window features, answered all our questions with not only patience, but passion. He's clearly so knowledgeable and friendly, we all hit it off immediately. I mean, like bffs forever. He did what he said he would every step of the way too. Trust.We were on a time constraint and were so relieved when the windows came in in in plenty of time, just like they'd told us they would. And when Joseph and Tim showed up, well, it was the icing on the cake.Watching Joseph and Tim work is like watching art. They had such synchrony and efficiency it was mind boggling. Come to find out, They've been working as a team for 7 years and it really shows. Even as the windows were going in, Joseph educated me further on their construction and efficiency, the double lifetime warranty and so much more. I loved that, knowledge is king. Plus, they managed their jobsite well, left everything clean and were a joy to have in our home all day. How often can you say that about installers? Nice, nice guys.I can't recommend Northwest, Mike Madhaw, and Joe and Tim enough. We are so, so pleased with our windows. (And if you're considering the black frames, they're worth the extra cost. In 2015, at my other house, Northwest Exteriors retrofitted all of my windows & also cut in one new window. Jason was my outstandingly professional, detail oriented, kind & caring installer. This fall, I needed new retrofitting of all of the windows in my new home. I called NW Exteriors & asked if Jason is still an installer & he is. When I was assured that he would be assigned to my house, I proceeded with the project. Jason & his partner John exceeded my expectations once again.
