You probably know of many home building and remodeling projects that have gone terribly wrong. In fact, home builders may be less popular than politicians, and for good reason. Fortunately, there is at least one home builder who can make building or remodeling in San Diego County an enjoyable experience. I know because my wife and I are almost finished with construction of a new home in Rancho Santa Fe, and the entire process has been pleasant and stress-free thanks to Paul Munsch from Munsch Homes Corp. Paul is exceptionally organized, has a photographic memory, and is so pro-active that he gets things done before I can even summarize what we agreed to in an email! He’s an incredibly good communicator, and he has a team of competent and experienced contractors that work together like a Division I college football team. We were not living in the area for the first half of the construction process, but Paul earned our trust to the point that we have more confidence in his judgement than our own. There’s no doubt that Paul would be hugely successful in whatever he chooses, we’re just glad that he’s our builder. I encourage you to contact Paul for any home building need. Paul and his team are the BEST! We stayed on budget (other than change orders, which we made). Paul, Tom, and their subcontractors finished ahead of schedule. Our punch list was non-existent. They fixed any issues before we ever saw them. Class acts. Professionals. Exquisite work. Paul thinks outside the box and brought to life every photo and idea we had. The A TEAM!!! Highly, highly recommend Munsch Homes!!!
