In May 2023, we had our 5 ton AC replaced and all ducting upstairs replaced, we added 2 air returns, moved thermostats, installed a heat pump, added air supplies, added zoning upstairs, and installed a variable air handler. Jack designed the system, Martin got 2 stage operation working. We ended up with exactly what we wanted- at night you can't hear the AC go on and off. No rushing air, whisper quiet. The upstairs is exactly the same temperature throughout. Multiple air returns ensure the system is super quiet. And having used it over a hot summer, it is incredibly efficient. Only occupied rooms are conditioned. They finished within a week by putting many guys on the job, all of which were careful and knowledgable. The inverter outside is really quiet as well. Just want to say that our technician ZachWas on point with his knowledge. He recommended some upgrades while not pressuring me to buy anything ,it was just his recommendation. I decided to go with the up grades for my system. I can tell this young man is a great asset to your company's future . Great experience. Zach was my technician and he did a phenomenal job. Issue was very difficult, but Zach kept a positive attitude and completed the work splendidly. Zach explained everything he did and was extremely professional. My furnace is nearly 40 years old, but Zach was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I did not feel taken advantage of and would recommend SoCal Airflow any day of the week. Extremely satisfied.

We originally loved this company until it was recently bought out by a large AC company. We have a monthly contract with this company. My credit card was recently hacked; so I was trying to call the company to update my credit card information with them. I called a local number but instead of speaking with someone at the company, I had to speak to a call center that was not in this country. I was on hold forever because I live in California but my cell phone number is my old Texas phone number. The call center was not able to connect me to SoCal Airflow which is now owned by Goettel. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and plan on canceling my membership as soon as I can figure out how to speak to a human.

Josh, from SoCal Airflow was on time and very professional. He was very personable and did a great job. Did a complete inspection ofmy heating system and made a recommendation for some additional items I might want to consider. No pressure. Really enjoyed working with him. Highly recommend.

We are two senior women in our 80s and we had no heat for 2 days. I called this Southern Cal airflow. They were going to come out between 2 and 5. Aubrey arrived at 11:30 early. He fixed everything and explained as he went along. This company is fantastic!! Aubrey is the best

Watch out for this company! I booked an appointment weeks in advance to clean my air ducts. I call two days in advance to confirm their appointment, and they inform me that they no longer provide duct cleaning estimates or services. The company appears to have merged with Goettl. Which phone number is theirs? Who is in charge? This company has no idea what business they are in, nor can they commit to an agreement. Run for the hills!

Unbelievably positive interaction with SoCal Airflow Pros. They are remarkably friendly and extremely knowledgable. Being veteran-owned means a lot to us, as our son’s a Marine and we have extended family in the armed forces as well.Our AC unit had acted up a few times over the years and they were able to come out and fix it, even though it was very old. I knew that I wanted to give them a shot at an estimate when it came time to finally replace, as I feel they’ve earned it. Sure enough, the furnace/heater went down on us during one of the late 2021 cold spells - I had had enough. Contacted SoCal Airflow Pros first thing and they were able to come out within a couple of days. After discussing all of our options with Saul, we decided on a complete revamp with a heat pump, all new ducting, etc. They were able to set an install date the following week! Very impressed and excited to move so quickly.Ulysses showed up with Rich, surveyed everything, and got started. They had to rebuild the platform in the garage where the furnace/blower and hot water heater stood. They were even able to remove the water heater, rebuild the platform, with a sheet metal top and coping… To say the outcome of Uly’s efforts were anything but a work of art, really doesn’t do it justice. (I am SO impressed). Uly even got inside and underneath, cleaned and sealed off any portion that wasn’t necessary for the operation so it was streamlined for efficiency. Rich was dealing with another issue in the backyard where the unit stood - there was cement build-up where the new platform needed to go. He didn’t skip a beat and did everything he could to remove and level the area. It was incredibly tedious work and a lot of labor.Alex and Octavias were dealing with vents and ducts while the others were in the garage and backyard. These two guys did an amazing job with the duct work in the attic. Everything is now to code, the air flow is remarkably better in every room - downstairs and upstairs. I’m sure we’ll see the full efficiency of the unit as we get into the summer months as well.I can’t thank SoCal Airflow Pros enough for the wonderful job they did. They’re experts in what they do and it will be done way above any expectations you may have. We want to personally thank Uly, Rich, Octavias, and Alex for their skilled work. I had a heat pump and air handler installed by SoCal Airflow Pros. After researching the companies that have the best reviews and provided the best equipment, I chose SoCal Airflow Pros. They immediately sent out their technician, Tyler, who was most helpful in evaluating my needs. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and provided me with all options. The installation was scheduled immediately (even though it was a long holiday weekend). The technician, Trent, was excellent and efficient and answered all of my questions. He took time to demonstrate how the thermostat and equipment worked. Finally, Linda, in the office, was friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout this experience. I would highly recommend SoCal Airflow Pros for heat pumps and any air conditioning needs.

I used to recommend this company to everyone but now that they’ve joined with Goettl, it seems their priority is scamming people out of as much money as possible. After my most recent service experience, I now recommend looking elsewhere to meet your hvac needs.

Beware! I chose this company since the owner is a Veteran as was my dad. However, this company is part of the Goettl AC and Plumbing family, who has a questionable reputation. If I had known SoCal Airflow Pros was part of Goettl, I would have stayed faw away from hiring them.This company will try to upsell you as soon as they lay foot in your home. My home is only two-years old with a Carrier HVAC unit. What was suppose to be a routine maintence call turned into an $800 evap coil cleaning which did not involve removing the coil from the HVAC unit. Somehow, they pressured me into a Phenomenial Aire Cleaner by telling me they would include the evap coil cleaning if I purchase the air cleaner for $1,900! They also told me that my ducting is not adequate for the my HVAC system and that my system would only last 5-year unless I purchased new duct work for $10,000!Fool me once but not twice!I decided to have two different Carrier authorized service providers come out to my home to inspect my unit to see if what SoCal Airflow Pros's ducting had any validity. Both authorized service providers said my system is installed to manufacturer specifications and the unit should last a good 20-30 years! One of the service providers also informed me that they charge $100 for evap coil cleaning if the coil is not removed and $300-$500 if the coil needs to be removed. They also informed me that they charge $1000 installed for the same Phenomenal Aire unit.Word of advice avoid this company or get a 2nd opinion for whatever they tell you! They will try to upsell you with scare tactics! I put my trust in a military veteran, instead of putting my trust in the person and company, my mistake!

The guy was great, told me what I actually needed which came out $4000 less than my original bid with another company. SoCalAirflowPro‘s gave me an estimate for replacing my air conditioning during peak season, and after it ceased working. My call was answered promptly and the technician came the next day. The estimate process was truly amazing, as the technician brought me in on all of his inspections, educating me about which parts did what, showing me the damage, explaining the alternatives to repairing the unit, and even taking videos of places, I couldn’t access to do the same. The estimate turned out to be extremely detailed, going along with their policy of “no change orders “. There was no leaving out of crucial components to then lead to an increase in the estimate later. The technician was clean and respectful of my home and my time. There was no pressure, and I felt the technician wanted to solve my problem. I ultimately went with this company, after getting several more estimates from other companies, because of this professionalism displayed by the technician. The price was more than fair, and the estimate thorough, but there is still the installation end of it to worry about. The installers were exactly what I expected from the company. They covered everything, they were on time, they were courteous, they did an unbelievably thorough job and left my home as clean as when they entered. They were respectful of my family still being in the home and tried to minimize their intrusion. Zachary was an awesome individual and technician. He solved the problem but he was so amazingly awesome in the process double triple checking his work and explaining everything and taking lots of pictures. Very grateful to have him be the one to do the house call. I would recommend this company to anyone. They put in my original system and it's been going strong for 6 years before this first issue. It looks like the condenser was buried out on the side yard but he went through each step methodically to make sure he had diagnosed it correctly and then had correct the problem appropriately.

The technical was good. I had met a service provider on my walk, he said he was cleaning the furnace and ducts.When my day came the tech was very nice and knowledgeable, but said I had not ordered duct cleaning, which was my main reason for the service . A little over a year after we had our A/C system installed, it unexpectedly shut down, right in the middle of a heat wave! We called up So Cal Airflow Pros and they scheduled to have a warranty technician come out to take a look. Jonathan showed up and asked a few questions to get an understanding of what was going on before beginning his diagnostics and checking the error logs. After running his tests, he concluded that it may be maintenance related as it has been a while since we have had maintenance on the system. He replaced the filter and recommended that we schedule to have a maintenance technician come out to take care of the outdoor unit. Kevin showed up a couple days later and started off similarly to Jonathan, asking questions to get the lay of the land before getting to work. He explained the various tasks he would be performing to clean the system as well as readings he would take to ensure optimum system performance.Both Jonathan and Kevin were professional and had great communication, keeping us appraised of what they were going to be doing and the reasons for doing so. Best of all, our first maintenance was supposed to be free within the first year, but even though it had been longer, the office was able to wave the maintenance charge as a courtesy! We are definitely happy with the service received from So Cal Airflow Pros and look forward to having them take care of us for years to come.Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance
