I contacted Total Property Maintenance to help with drywall and stucco repairs following a plumbing leak in my condo. Gus was very helpful, gave me progress updates throughout the day, and completed the repairs quickly and for an excellent price. The work he did matched the existing stucco perfectly and his assistant, Cesar, was friendly and professional as well. I'd definitely recommend Total Property Maintenance!

Have worked with Gus before and found him to offer a reasonable price and very quick response to my request for an estimate and for having someone come out to do the work. He always sends friendly workers who do a good job and leave the work site in a very clean condition afterwards.
