Usually well stock with a good variety. Staff is usually helpful. My only complaint would be that all the registers are on one end of the store. It would be nice to have registers at both doors for ease of departure.

I go to various Home Depots in our region, and this store seems to be the cleanest, friendliest, easiest to navigate one of them all. virtually every associate I passed in the aisles asked if if I needed help, smiled and greeted me, and I am a total stranger. I’d say they are doing something right here!

I had my worst experience with your Red Bluff California store this morning. I attempted to reserve a scissor lift yesterday and was told it is rented on a first come first serve basis, I understand. This morning at 7 am I drove to the store and began the rental process, paid my $300 deposit and completed all the paperwork. The clerk came to me and said the keys to the lift were missing, after a search of the rental office they were not found and the clerk apologized and canceled my contract. My contractors were on the job without the lift they needed. My $300 deposit is still outstanding on my credit card, my workers were unable to complete their job. I do a lot of business with HD and you guys dropped the ball costing me hundreds of dollars in wages and delays. Please acknowledge this incident by contacting the manager of the store so hard working folks don't have to experience what I did today.Thank you,Chris

The store has lots to offer and you can rent equipment. Good location and staff is friendly. Also they have online sales or phone orders for rentals or property needs.

I love the store until I get in there and can't find what was advertised, and then find out they don't carry that product, they change to something else and I couldn't use the other product unless they cut it for me and when I asked if they would, they said they were not allowed to. So that was a bummer 😕

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. My wife and I purchased a brand new washer and dryer from Home Depot in February of this year. 3 days after the units were delivered we started our laundry and realized that the dryer did not heat up at all and had somehow damaged our nice throw blanket. I immediately reached out to Home Depot customer service to schedule a return and pickup of this faulty product and was told that I only had a 48 hour return window. I was told to see if the store I purchased it from was willing or able to give me a refund. The next day I went back to the location where I had purchased the appliance (Red Bluff Ca. Home Depot) and explained to them that the dryer was delivered broken and I wanted my money back. I even explained to them that the staff there at that location had not disclosed the 48 hour return policy. They were extremely rude and absolutely no help. They even admitted that the associate who sold it to us didn't even work in the appliance department but would offer no help to resolve the issue. They were more than happy to take our money but had zero interest in make sure they were selling a functional product. The only way to describe this is STEALING. As I type this review it has been almost 8 months and throughout several manufacture warranty repairs the dryer is currently not operational. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT FOR ANYTHING! Especially for any large purchases. We trusted the name Home Depot before this experience as they are a household name but NEVER AGAIN. We don't want anyone else to get ripped off as badly as we were.

Worst Home Depot experience I’ve ever had. Do NOT go here.Bought a $700 mower for it to just immediately seize and not turnover. Followed the instruction meticulously too. Now I have to spend 2 hours of my weekend and $80 in gas to drive back and return this lemon.Extremely disappointed and will be recommending all my family and friends to avoid this establishment

They will probably have what you need but if you need any customer service plan on waiting up to an hour and having Ryan act as if you’re an annoyance. Whatever happened to friendly service with a smile? It’s as if the employees definitely don’t want to be there. I don’t know if they need to hire more employees or just train them on better customer service.

Our cashier outside was Ronald, a young guy, and he was so kind! He was able to help me with something very quickly and was extremely sweet when doing so, even though he was having to work outside in the garden center in this 100 degree summer heat. Thank you Ronald, and I hope you get a raise!

Went to rent a tool for our plumbing. Jonathon at check out, in the rental area wasn’t friendly in the slightest and simply seemed annoyed I was in store. It was a fairly uncomfortable situation. I wasn’t even given a proper receipt..Love this HD otherwise, especially manager Jon, Rylan who helped us remodel & Jessie at check out.

Im a woman who enjoys power tools even if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for to.get the job done I get so many ideas just browsing the aisles..and of course the people who work there are very helpful. We're new to the area and have made several trips to Red Bluff Home Depot since early January 2023.The overall customer service is great with the inclusion of delivery/installation rendered by two employees who on Jan. 9 provided us with excellent service.Our special Thanks go to the Appliance Specialist, Rachel. She demonstrated par excellence knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor while helping us with rather complex, multi-appliance order. What could have been a boring ordeal, turned into a super exciting experience. Thank you Rachel!!!

I'm biased, I hate Home Depot with a passion because they are big box stores, they are hard to find what you are looking for and the customer service is like non existent. This one on red bluff seems to be a bit of an anomaly. The customer service was great, I saw more Home Depot employees than customers and the service was efficient, and friendly, the way it should be.

Everyone was amazing, it Angel was above the rest both yesterday and today. He held my husband with a stacked appliance and when we first arrived today, he helped me and told me the info on the product I was asking about and it ended up it wouldn’t work out for me. Had he not been thorough in explaining the product, I would have bought it and been upset when I discovered it was wrong when I got home. So we picked up the appliance at the end of our visit and my husband and him got our appliance separated and helped with explaining what we had to do when we arrived home. Again, wry thorough and when my husband told me his name I looked and it was the same guy who helped me! Very genuine md very helpful. Thank you!!

This is the only HOME DEPOT that doesn't have people looking for work milling around. So don't go there looking for day help it's gotten so much better with employees being around to ask for help and then being knowledgeable. However with the home Depot app u can get a lot of your own questions answered on that. The employees seem to be helpful and cheerful ....now if only the parking was enforced lol

I have to give This experience one stars, this rating I was very unhappy with their return policy which had changed sometime in the past in which I was unaware of. I've never had a problem with returns at Home Depot before but this time I didn't have the receipt. Normally in the past if I had something to return it didn't matter how old it was as long as it was in a good package and in good shape they would credit my card or give me store credit in which I have no problem using as I shop there all the time. No no not this time!I had a brand new Ryobi 18v buffer in an unopened box my wife had give me for a gift well I hadn't used it and decided I should just return it and get store credit for something else. I took it to the return stall and a lady looked at it and wanted to verify it was all there so she opened the box looked inside and then proceeded with the return. Next she told me she could not return it the computer wouldn't let her I didn't understand I said I just wanted store credit and she said she could not do that so I asked to speak to a manager and she said she could not do that that I had to take my package which was now opened and leave there was nothing she could do that's where she made me upset then I demanded to see the manager who came over and explained to me the new policy on returns If the computer says you can't return it they give you a receipt like paper telling you to call the number and they would explain to me why I couldn't return it And she also proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do and ask me to take my buffer and leave but now I was very upset and they were trying to give me a box that is now opened so I stood my ground and I demanded a refund or store credit before I leave but because now I was a loud The manager decided to calm down the situation and agree to give me store credit.All of this over a measly $30 return of a brand new item.I live 3 miles from Lowe's 6 miles from Home Depot you tell me where I'm going next.This is my first one star review I have ever done. Home Depot, Get the return policy back to normal!!!Disgruntled customer-Mitch Bottema

It's home depot. They have home depot things organized in the typical home depot fashion. Nothing special.What I will say is, it would be nice if the employees here would step their game up a little bit.I have had a couple of them go way above and beyond to help out when needed, however that seems to be the exception rather than the rule here. More often than not it seems like they're more interested in bare minimum effort.I'm not trying to bash them, as I will continue to shop here when needed, however it helps to set your expectations low before heading over.
