This should be a NEGATIVE 5 STARS if there such a rating.He installed a new roof for me. Years later, I called for a repair job. He came out and reviewed and said he'll get back to me on a estimate. Month later, had to call for a estimate as promise. Finally he gave me a text message of cost. He told me he would get my repair in between his schedules. Two months went by I texted and asked for a time frame. NO ANSWER. 2 months later, he tells me he's busy for next four months. I asked him for another committed date and said " He promised he 'll get my repair 2 months from now. HE PROMISED. Now it passed the two months and now we are into 6 months. Since He came to my house till now, it has been ten months and NO SERVICE.He had no intention to do my job. He was not a man of his words. I trusted him and his word IS NO GOOD. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. Robin is the owner of the company and I talked with the owner and ALL my communications was with the owner. He knows he is terrible on his commitments. As a owner of his company, he should know better. I am surprised he's still in business. Read your other reviews. He has the ability to never call back and NOT COMPLETE his job. CALL SOMEONE ELSE.I called another roofer in Red Bluff, ca. I called on a Wednesday, reviewed on a Friday and repaired on a Monday and Wednesday of next week and completed as promised. I paid the responsive roofer on the spot the minute he completed. Call Daniel Roofing in Red Bluff, Ca. Daniel is responsive and got the job done.Service: Roof installation

“Fixed” my grandmothers roof and never finished his job. She paid him to work on her carport and it remained untouched. The roof has bubbled now and needs a complete repair. Do not use this business.

We can't say enough good things about West Coast Roofing! Our roof was blowing away in a crazy storm today. We literally had at least 30 shingles on the ground and the roof was getting damaged. We called Robin and he came out right away. Climbed up on our roof in the worst, longest lasting winds I have ever seen in Red Bluff and patched up the roof! He also explained to my husband and I the process of getting our insurance to help pay for the new roof we will have to install when the weather clears this spring.Robin made us feel at ease and super informed on our roofing choices for when we replace it. Helped us make a decision on what type we need and why. Thanks so much Robin!!!!!!

Robin is wonderful. Always returns calls promptly. Did an awesome job on my new roof. Great clean up during and after. Any problems that arose afterwards he was always right on it.
