Brad and Team at A&R are the best! They installed an excellent Heat Pump HVAC system after one of our 2 existing gas furnace + AC systems blew out after a mouse ate through the wires in the AC condenser unit. Later, our 2nd HVAC system wouldn't heat, and they came out and diagnosed it right away and will fix it when the replacement part limit switch arrives. Everyone at A&R is so pleasant and effective. They truly inspire confidence.

Wouldn’t recommend their service. Their employee guaranteed the work on our unit and within 2 days we were having the same issue. He said he would check it out free of charge if there was any issue but when we tried to contact (employee & company) we got stuck leaving countless voicemails. After 3 weeks we finally got someone, they told us the employee went on disability and they wanted to charge us another $100+ for the visit out. I figured after already paying $1,200+ AND a guarantee on their work, they would be more helpful but alas they weren’t. Very disappointed.Service: A/C system repair

We had a mini split system that was installed. Quality work and they rectified an abnormal issue. System now works great!In addition there's an old ducted central heating/air conditioning system that is used for the house. Hottest day of the year and the AC stopped working towards the end of the day. In a panic I called to see if I could get a service call ASAP, because the very next day the weather forecast had projected another sweltering day. I didn't expect an available opportunity for them to come out and service the equipment anytime soon. To my pleasant surprise I was contacted by the owner saying he could fit in a 7 AM appointment the very next day. That is highly abnormal to get a quick response during the hot busiest time of year. He came out a couple minutes before 7 AM. He did troubleshooting and discovered that the fan was overheating and turning off. No operating fan on the condensing unit means no AC. He replaced the fan and made a couple of needed adjustments. The office didn't have knowledge of his commitment to the service call so we were sent an emailed invoice within the hour after he left. I was again pleasantly pleased with the invoice. He waived the troubleshooting fee and we had a reasonable bill for the service call and repair. A&R exceeded my expectations. They do quality work and I felt that since they had done prior work for us, that we were given a priority for the repair. I definitely reccomend using their services. I think the quality work, timeliness and loyalty is well worth their employment. Sometimes shopping for the cheapest price for a company to complete work doesn't yield the overall best results. Especially with them being loyal to a customer. We wouldn't have had that level of service with another company.Services: A/C system repair, Installation, Repair HVAC, Install AC

Out of all the people I got quotes from, these guys showed up quickest, were the most professional, the most transparent and then gave me the best price. The work was done on-time and to a high quality (as a heavy civil construction inspector, I feel I'm a nitpicky expert on such things). Immediately after install, there was a minor issue with the thermostat, which was nobody's fault really, but they rushed back out that very minute to replace it, no questions asked. Honestly, in all my years dealing with every type and size of contractor, these guys are some of the best.

I have a home warranty. They were trying to charge me an additional $700 for the swamp cooler job even though I have payed the deductible for the job. They wanted to change me for a new roof jack. I had a friend check it he said it was fine. I told them to just put the cooler up on top and I'll just the roof jack done later. They still wanted the $700. I give them a ☹👎

Chad from A&R heating and air came out to do a winter maintenance on our wall heater. We had some loose wiring and he reconnected it, and now it’s good as new. They gave me a window between 1030-1130 that he would be here and he was here at 1030 which never happens when given a time frame and was gone within 15 minutes. After attempting to upgrade a thermostat by myself, I had lost power to unit and could not figure it out. After a calling the office, I was given the phone number of a technician because appointments were booked up. After giving a quick run down of what happened, the technician, Chad, pinpointed my issue of a blown fuse in the blower unit underneath the house. He knew exactly everything he was talking about and his intuition was correct. He was professional, concerned for my safety, and happy to save me the money of not having to have them come out. I highly recommend!
