We had a major water leak in an upstairs bathroom that drained down to our garage. Matt and his team mitigated the damage very quickly. Matt then helped with our claim. The process was slow due to the insurance company's process, but Matt kept with it and when it was finally approved, got the rebuild done in a few days. His team ; Dale, Lacy, Anthony, Jose , and Shansi were professional and did a great job. We are very happy. Rich & Fran Reese.

Aztec just sent Steve down to our house to paint the upstairs bathroom. Steve did such a wonderful and professional job my wife and I are both amazed! Later Aztec will return to redo our roof that was ripped apart by a powerful twister and then heavy rain downpour! Made an appointment with them to come estimate the job two weeks out. The secretary called to confirm the appointment 45m prior and I was waiting and set time aside for the appointment. 30m after the appointment was scheduled I called them to check and see if everything was ok and received attitude and was told he already came around and no one was home? I’ve been home this entire time and never received a phone call at appointment time from them to check and make sure they had the proper address or anything of the sort and then get told they’re booked through December... Shocked at the level of disregard and unprofessional way of dealing with the situation.Edit. Received a call back from Karen and she was very helpful and apologetic compared to the previous experience I had. It's fine by me if mistakes are made I just didn't appreciate being blamed for them. Karen gets them 5 stars.

Workers are kind and polite but overall poor company. Underbid the job and cut corners to try and make up for it. I would NOT recommend this company.Just discovered interior trim is a mix and match of different sizes of scraps one side of the door trim is 2.5 inch wide and the other side is 3 inch wide and also I just found where they did my laundry room floor they cut the wonder board short and laid the vinyl without fixing it and now if I mop water is going to seep under the floor.Great Job!!!

my grandmas house flooded on a saturday morning this company came out within an hr and got to work drying everything out, removing all the water damaged floors, and made her comfortable about the situation. They called her insurance for her and walked her through the claim process. Great local company use them!
