Pete, Crystal, Kitty and their crews were spectacular from the first phone call to last cleanup. This was my first time hiring contractors for the remodel of two bathrooms and then the repairs our Victorian wrap around porch. The process was much easier than we thought. The guys immediately put us at ease and took care of everything we needed. Being on time was important to us and they were here each day as promised and stayed late some days. There is no doubt in my mind that they've done about every type of remodeling or construction there is. Even docks on lakes. The company is small enough to be down to earth and large enough to "take care of business". Got a question? Call Kitty and you'll have the answer quickly. ***Update***Another Great Project Competed by Casa ContractingThis project was to replace a bathtub/shower combination, 2 vanity top changes, 2 outside door frame repairs and creation of a new crawlspace door.To start with, the crew is so easy to work with and as they had been here before (they built our beautiful deck last year) we were able to go to work and have them in our home with our dogs and feel completely safe about it which is amazing. Chrystal is great at design and provided help and direction when needed.The new bathtub/shower insert that we chose was several inches too tall which allowed for a deeper soaking tub (which I wanted) and due to a small window above it we were concerned that it wasn’t going to be possible. Pete said that they could make it happen and they did! It looks amazing and brought new life to that bathroom. The vanity tops were installed beautifully and the other work equally well done.Another important component of hiring this company is that we have found them to be more reasonably priced and reliable than other contractors we have had estimates from-Bonus!Casa Contracting is our team for any future home improvements and we look forward to working with them on our next project!Thank you Pete, Chrystal, Ryan and Giovanni!*Last Year*The team at Casa Contracting rebuilt our deck and did an amazing job. I recently went through several companies searching for someone to redo my kitchen ceiling. Most often they flaked, if they called me at all. I found Casa Construction on Angi’s list. Kitty called me right away. Not only were they professional but they did the job in three days and made such an improvement in my kitchen. Pete suggested the removal of a partition to open the kitchen up and it truly does. I am thrilled with it and will definitely use Casa Contracting again!Service: Remodeling

Lesson learned don’t go with an outrageously low bid. I was charged for work that wasn’t completed and I found that this contractor was eager to cut corners and do work that wasn’t up to code. Buyer beware. Pete is a very poor communicator and is quick to anger. His subs are great people and I have no complaint with them. All the guys are great people. I hated my house and now I love it. I did a kitchen and front room remodel and it came out great. I got all my questions answered as they did the work. They are all down to earth people. I had fun shopping with chystal. Pete, Ryan and Clint were very professional and knowledgeable about everything. I have a disabled son that they worked around when need. My son did not understand what was going on but with there help he made it through. I could not thank them enough. I could not ask for better people working at my house. I would recommend them very much.

During this shut down going on everywhere, we decided to do some remodeling and repair work to our home. We hired CASA Contracting – Pete & Chrystal are a great couple to work with and gave out some wonderful ideas as we started this journey. We had three main rooms to be remodeled – a master bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room all had some water damaged over the years. We had a few hiccups along the way. Like the unknown below the flooring. Other than that, we could not be more pleased. They fixed the problem correctly and we know that we will not be having a problem down the road. They did a genuinely nice job and his team was great to work with. It seemed that I was always adding to the main list. Again, very cooperative and a pleasure to work with. Every night, we were saying that we were glad that we decided to have this work done and we picked the right contractor. We are seniors and we know our home will last a while with fewer repairs. We went through Home Advisor because we had made several calls before and were not receiving any calls back. If we have any future home projects, we will use the CASA Contracting Team. One satisfied customer – HOORAY!!!

Outstanding company! Casa Contracting far exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier about my experience and the outcome of my project. Casa Contracting helped me through the entire process from design guidance to the difference in material choices and all my options. It was very apparent from day one that Casa Contracting was very knowledgable and truly cared about providing the best quality workmanship possible. As with most construction projects, there is always the possibility of unexpected budget changes/additions. Any possible changes were clearly brought to my attention and thoroughly discussed and approved by me so I knew exactly what to expect and there were no surprises. The crew was fantastic. They were very considerate, respectful, and professional, even gracefully putting up with my two 5 year grandsons shenanigans. The quality of the work was exceptional and beyond what I could have asked for. Part of my project required an excavator to remove over 200 feet of huge hedges while not disturbing a retaining wall prior to building new fencing. The yard is sloped I really did not want a step-down type fence. Casa Contracting was able to grade the yard incredibly well so I was able to get the fence line I wanted. This was challenging due to the existing landscape and obstacles. I couldn’t believe how awesome this turned out. I almost cried when I saw how this turned out. Casa Contracting went above and beyond to ensure the results of my project were superior. Even traveling out of the area to get higher quality fencing materials. They could have just gone to the local home improvement store or lumber yard and I wouldn’t have been the wiser and my fence would look like everyone else’s. My new fence is definitely a one of kind and the most beautiful in town! My new composite deck and iron railing is beautiful and very well built. I feel I was very well taken care of and have absolutely nothing negative to say about Casa Contracting. The quality of the workmanship and their customer service is top notch. I would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely be using the again for future projects.

Working with them was a wild ride. Everything went smoothly at first and then suddenly no one was on the same page. Items were installed incorrectly and had to be reinstalled. Another contractor ended up having to finish the job, which was hard to find someone to do so. Thankfully they did because they discovered a gas leak from an improperly sealed pipe, Casa installed. Among other things. 3 stars because despite that when everyone was on same page, everything went smoothly.

Casa Contracting updated my whole house. They installed hard wood floors, stairs, remodeled my kitchen, added recessed lighting, changed other lighting fixtures, and many other miscellaneous items through the house. They were under budget and finished on time. Everything was just perfect. Thank you!

I had an appointment for them to come to my house for a job. I had to leave work early to meet them. They never showed up. After that I called and emailed I never got any follow up or response. No apology or excuse for missing our appointment. And as a side note, one of the “reviews” on google is by chrystal Cabeceira- who works for the company and is the one who set up the appointment for me. Which makes me think I can’t trust any of the reviews, they might all just be employees or friends/family.
