Just got a new roof done by CBX. Robert and his team were super awesome in getting the project done in two days! Robert is an awesome project manager (Always there to answer any questions you might have and he makes sure everything is done right). His team of installers are very hardworking and talented. They did an amazing job!!! I highly recommend CBX more than any roofer in town. (I talked to many before choosing them)

I am very satisfied with the job Robert and his crew did on our roof!Day one, it was torn off in under two hours! These guys had my yard cleaned up before 1:00! They moved very fast!Day two they were laying shingles and putting in vents and had everything done before I got home from work. The roof looks amazing but the best part of the job was that we had some big repairs they got done for us and some small tedious things and we weren’t charged anymore than the original bid.We had a 10 inch hole thanks to a dumb momma raccoon, an eve that needed replaced because of a jungle growing in the gutter causing water to back up, a broken downspout and gutter guards that needed installed. They did everything and made the roof and gutters amazing!I already posted how happy I am with their work on Nextdoor. I’ll be telling my friends who need their roofs done to go with CBX Roofs because the crew works dang hard, Robert doesn’t cut corners, they go above and beyond and the customer experience is excellent. Thank you, Robert and crew for having this done so quickly and so well. CBX replaced our roof in Shasta Lake last week and did a great job! Shout out to Robert who was there from the beginning of the process (inspected and bidding the job) to the very end. He did a great job of keeping us informed as the work was started and as it went along. He and his crew were here at 7:30am just like he said and they worked until dusk the first day. The second day they were again right on time, and finished the job that day. They did a great job of cleaning up the site and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Robert very pleased with the whole process .

I’m super very happy with Cbx roofing, from 5 roofing companies we approached, we only got 2 companies which came out to our home in Lakehead , Cbx being one of them, Ryan from Cbx got there quickly got me a quote in couple days, even though their price was a little higher than the other quote, CBX was providing more for the price quoted. Ryan took care of all paper work and set me up with financing also. All permits were taken care of by CBX, they communicated with me as we approached the date for work. When it was time for the work to be done, I was never there I was at home in the Bay Area with my kids celebrating their birthdays, but Robert with his hard working crew took care of everything, Robert communicated with me thru out the 2 days he was up there with his crew. We used CBX as they previously replaced a roof on my mother's house and my dad needed a new roof on his Mobile Home that he recently had bought. They removed the Swamp Cooler that was no longer working, replaced the roof, and replaced all of the ventilation with new ones. Robert and the Crew did an amazing job. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the experience from CBX Roofing putting a new roof on our home. It is a difficult job, and I dreaded it. Not necessary! They showed up on day 1, exactly on time. Robert the Project Manager was there several times a day making sure things were getting done and correctly. The guys were the hardest workers I have hired! No slacking at all. And they cleaned up the terrible mess so well, you can't tell they were there! I asked them to come back after they had finished, and do 1 extra detail, and Robert and the guys came back happily and changed something we had had them do. Tyler inspected my roof for hail damage. He was courteous and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my insurance would cover a complete tear off and new roof because it was 22 years old and getting close to needing replaced anyway.Robert was my project manager. He was very professional and also courteous. He was easy to get a hold of and happy to answer all of my questions. The job had to be rescheduled a couple times due to the weather, but no one can control the weather so that is completely understandable.Workers showed up on time and worked hard. They were all friendly and kind. The job was finished in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up all the shingle scraps and I only found a couple nails they missed, but not in my tires, thank goodness! The roof looks great and has no leaks. I am very happy with the new roof. I only had to pay the deductible for my insurance.CBX made the whole process extremely easy for me. My insurance company called and asked me a few questions one time. Employees did not speak English. Were left unsupervised 95% of the time. A licensed contractor did not oversee the job or inspect the job at any point.The entire perimeter had too long of nails (shiners) sticking out under overhang in plain site.Instead of removing (per contract R & R) the gutter guards that slide out from under the shingles, they nailed them to the roof and proceeded to nail the new shingles ever the guards...They then proceeded to fold the guards up toward the roof to clean all the debris from the gutters, there were handfuls. It destroyed all the guards and we can no longer remove them for cleaning. They do not lay flat anymore. CBX refuses to replace the guards to the condition they were found in. I have waited 5 months for them to fix their mistakes. They quit responding.

Their cleanup was fantastic!
