The lady that answered the phone on Friday the 15th 0805 was absolutely clueless rude and kept talking over me telling me I needed to talk to someone else and not liste ing to why I was being charged twice and had no answers on why I had to give my card for payment because they don't bill monthly when they clearly do ..I have bill in hand ..sounds like there frauding there customers

I had service with Big Time pest control and chose to switch service to Clark to save a few bucks. When I called them to set up service I was clear that with Big Time I had the termite package as I previously had an active termite situation. I told Clark I would need the same kind of service. They quoted me $46 per month which was $14 less than I was paying for Big Tine pest control. I agreed. The tech who was supposed to come to my house was incredibly flakey. A couple weeks went by and Big Time called to see when they could remove the stakes they have in my yard. They were concerned because my termite situation they fixed was pretty bad and they just wanted to make sure I was still being protected. I called Clark to make sure we were good. I had to talk to 4 different people before someone told me that I’d have to pay $1000 and an additional $30 per month to be protected. I told them I wanted to cancel service and I wanted a refund. They said they would have to call me back. Over a week later they called and I missed their call but called back not 20 minutes later. They have completely ghosted me and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them since. I feel incredibly lied to and I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone.Service: General pest inspection

For years we had Jeff's Pest Control, but he retired and sold to Clark. Well, we always paid $ 50 a month and they told us it would not change. Now, we have to pay $ 100 a month and they come only every second month. they told me it is still $ 50 a month but they do not show up that month. What??Now they send me a statement for $ 100 when they never show up. We will look for somebody else.Service: General pest inspection

Clark Pest Control provides customer service that is unrivaled. The service reps are great at offering exactly the services you need. I've had Tyler provide pest service for over ten years, and it's the best. I never worry about bugs now. And, as it happens, I now live across the street from another Clark rep. And guess who pushed my car back into my garage when it got stuck in our record snow fall? Yes! Thank you, Patrick.In addition, Clark personnel are outstanding at finding dry rot, and repairing it, which protects our investment in our homes.This company truly cares about their customers. My favorite was their outreach to families who lost their homes in our Carr Fire. (They cancelled the last month's bill, and gave them a $100. gift card to help with expenses.) We have used Jeff’s Pest Control for years. They were recently purchased by Clark’s. Our first tech arrived last week with no notification. So I called to have a tech come Saturday to do the inside since we have had lots of spiders recently. They told me between 9a-12pm. He rang our doorbell at 7:55am. I talked to him and he says he would go tackle the ants. I said I reported having a spider problem. He draws his phone. He corrected himself but seemed very off. We talked about the garage and then he proceeded to say once he sprays the house, we are to leave for 4 hours. This was the first time in all those years I was told to do that. He insisted the last tech guy was doing things all wrong. I asked if the last tech guy still worked there. He then proceeded to leave stating I was being hostile. It was the weirdest experience I have ever encountered. So no service performed and we were woken up bright and early. Definitely canceling my service.

I have been using their service for about a year now. They have been awesome about working with my schedule because I work long hours and have dogs that are very protective. I haven’t had any pest issues since I started using them regularly. Their spray doesn’t pose any risk or threat to my dogs and they are always friendly and professional. This company is great. Very good customer service. Their guys they send out are friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I would recommend them to everyone. They did a follow up spray hassle free, and they show up in the time frame they say, which I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other pest control companies. All in all, we are very satisfied with there services. The lady in the office is very polite and respectful, I forget her name, but she usually answers when we call. Great job :)

I have their Bi-monthly service plan. The plan includes an inspection/extermination every other month and as required for issues that pop up. They made it abundantly clear that they would be right out for issues that pop up.I just called for them to come out for an ant incursion and was told they are busy (They will be out tomorrow afternoon). So I’m off to the store to buy some ant spray. 3 Stars NOT because of tech or ant control - everything else is only BARELY 3 star.Ben is exceptional, Clark - when it's ants only - is good and reasonably priced, but I'd stay away from anything else.Weed control $500.00 PLUS?Mole control, $80.00/month plus initial visit and service, seems as though they REALLY don't want anything else.Service: Ant extermination

I have had several issues with them and I haven’t even been with them for a month. They make sure to fix the issues when I call but it’s been frustrating having to call 5 different times with different issues. Two of them being no shows to my house when I had to take off work for these two hours windows of when they show up. Didn’t get offered a refund or any discount for these issues either.

We have seen a large decrease in pests since hiring Clark for monthly service. Unlike the pest services we tried before, Clark listened to our issues and then did some research (looking for the bugs on premises and then looking up the exact species) to treat our problem in the most effective way. We have seen more results with Clark than 2 other companies hired previously. Also, I really appreciate that they will come back out free of charge to spray again between appointments.

I am giving Clark's a 5 star based on honesty alone; we have never had a pest control issue before, but my business has been having odd little beetles popping up recently so we called Clark's for assistance. When we asked them to come out, they noted that this is a problem all through the Redding area due to the recent fires and that even if we paid them to come spray the beetles would just come right back and we'd have wasted our money. Thank you, Clark's, for your honesty and for giving us quick tips for a home remedy rather than charging us for a service that wouldn't have solved our problem!

I ended up finding a better fit. Clark's was nice and tried to help, but couldn't do much for my issue. I ended up finding another company that did more for the same price as the initial visit. They also have a better bi monthly rate. My suggestion is that you shop arround.

We have had Clark’s (Martin ) coming for 2 years now . Not only do they take care of the fleas and creepy crawlers they also got rid of the varmints (Rats) yuck yes “Roof Rats”. We love Clark’s and Martin (same guy) knows our family the dogs don’t even bark when he come’s anymore.Thank you for having Quality service at a reasonable rate❤️
