Their technician James came out on time as promised. He completely the preventive maintenance on both our coolers keeping us informed as to any issues. Then completed preventative maintenance on cooler at our other home. He left the work area clean even though there was a lot of mineral build up in the coolers. I had Katie in the office email me the invoice, and right on the invoice is a pay now option. Really convenient and easy. Everyone I spoke to was happy to help me. Very nice experience.

Dennis' staff is always courteous and helpful. We were able to get next day morning service which was great. And Mike replaced the burners and filters in record time and the price was much lower than we expected. We have been using Dennis' since we moved into our home in December 2014 and will continue to do so.

We had a problem with our aux on our hvac coming on more than normal. I called them and they were out in 1 hour same day. They rewired our thermostat correctly and tuned up the system. We had also used them a year before when we were told to replace our system by another provider. They were able to repair the system with very little cost and uts been running perfectly for 2 years since. (This time it was our thermostat). I have used several other HVAC companies in Redding but when a friend recommended Dennis’ HVAC 6+ years ago I have used them exclusively. Excellent staff and they always do a professional job. I have them check my HVAC system at least twice a year and every service call has been great!

This is definitely the company you want to go with. I met one of the techs (Gabe) on remodel job. He answered all of my questions and offered me his card. Called shortly after for cleaning and service. Made an appointment for Dean to come out. Within a few days we had an estimate and work was completed. Dean and his guys did an awesome job. Very professional, personable and friendly people. Work was done fast and they kept in clean the whole time.
