After the Paradise Camp Fire, I was fairly sure I was going to have a pre-panelized home built through Pacific Modern Homes INC. When I contacted them, they put me in touch with Dianna at Habitats, and we started the process of looking at my rough set of dimensioned plans (based on the house that burned) and Dianna helped come up with the rough design to send to PMHI. They accommodated some of my non conventional ideas to increase efficiency and fire resistance, and the end result is fantastic.
