Bosch unit is amazing! I am able to leave the thermostat 4 degrees higher then my previous unit and it honestly feels way cooler. Not only that, it cut my electrical usage in half from the previous year. Can't wait to see how it performs in the winter.

Wow I wish I got the same kindness and professionalism from this company like everyone else did. First of all they were not responsive at all. I was just a tenant, the landlord and I were tag teaming to get through to Hall's. We called so much and left messages to the point I thought they went out of business. No calls were returned. SO ABOUT TWO WEEKS LATER a live person answers the phone. My AC went out during the hottest time of the year and I have two littles. We were not in our home for almost a month because of how hot it got. First time we had a tech come and look and of course the AC was running "fine". By afternoon is when it completely shuts down and I've told them that. Then the owner shows up second time, I was at work and I tried to speak to him and he gave such attitude about it working. And I said I SWEAR each time we get a tech out it "works". And I'd give it a couple of days to see if it would eventually work. When Hall's stopped being responsive, we needed another company that was more responsive to come and at least diagnose it. We didn't want to void any warranty on the unit. Hall's got petty and said they wanted nothing to do with us and that we voided the warranty because we "messed" with it. How? I was just a tenant and the landlord lives out of town. They accused us of using another company to come tamper our unit. The other company even told us they didn't want to mess with it either because Hall's was the main people to call considering the unit was not even 5 years old. Not only was I physically drained from the heat but I was also emotionally and mentally drained going back and forth with them. My landlord was also in shock with their unprofessionalism. They said to, "never call us again you guys have voided the warranty messing with the unit by calling another company". We did not call another company out of spite, we called for a diagnoses out of desperation. I get that summer is the busiest time of the year - they could of handled it as "sorry for the delay of the response, we have been booked" OR "sorry for the delay in response, this is on us and we'll replace the parts" and it was the last straw when the owner didn't believe a word I said. This is just a long story short - I tried to fit in as much as I can. If I could give this negative stars - I would. I will keep spreading word that others don't get units installed or serviced by this company. I have spoken to others with distaste for Hall's so I know I'm not the only one.Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system repair

Matt and his crew installed a brand new AC unit and furnace for us in December 2019. They gave us a really good deal because we paid cash during the winter season. The appropriate City of Redding Building Permit was acquired. Matt gave a few different options for AC units and furnaces so we weren't locked into one particular set up. Highly recommend Matt and his team for your heating and air conditioning needs!

Well they say you get what you paid for and with Hall's you get the best!! They replaced 2 of my broken units with 1 better unit, installed all new ducts and insulation. Matt is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It wasn't cheap, but quality never is. I started out looking for a Volkswagen, but Matt successfully sold me a BMW (Bosch) system and we're happy that he did. Once he explained the logic, I was sold. My AC is using only half as much electricity now and our house is more consistantly cool. All I can say is WOW! This is some of the best customer service that we have ever received. From the very beginning when Matt walked through our door to the last interaction with Chris and Steve picking up the last of their boxes the service has been stellar. Matt (the owner, yes he was there checking in on us the whole process) presented us with options for units. His no pressure approach and passion about his work are what sold us on purchasing our new high efficiency HVAC unit from him. Courtney was always welcoming on the phone, keeping us up to date on the process and the in house permit filing and rebate assistance from Telly at Permit Pullers was beyond expectations. Chris and Steve arrived on time (which is huge for me, since I work from home) and were respectful while they were in our home. Although they had work to do they were communicative in where they were at in every step of this process. They left the floors cleaner than they found them (lol) and were just an overall joy to have. I am sure we will see them in the future since our unit comes with a 10 year service warranty from them. Hall's Heating and Air Conditioning is about quality from beginning to end. I typically do not give reviews,but Halls gave exceptional customer service at a time when we needed it. We have had services done 3 times (w/ 3 different local companies) dispatched through a home warranty. Always ending in a poor, unresolved, result & a headache. Matt at Halls saved us in the hottest week of the year after our 2 year old AC quit cooling. Quick diagnosis & even quicker repair. His customer service was by far the best we've experienced locally. I can recommend Halls for a hassle/worry free service.
