I called North Valley Builders to determine why my home suddenly started making loud pop sounds and to examine stress cracks that appeared at the same time. I was afraid there might be a structural issue. I called on a Friday and Dave came to my home the following Monday. We talked for a bit and he inspected my home, including attic and crawl space. He explained nothing seemed out of place, but how the weather (rain & snow) along with temperature variations probably created a situation that will remedy itself, with time. I'm SO grateful for Dave's timely inspection, as well as his knowledge and candor. Even though I don't have work for this company right now, they will be one I call when I do. Thank you, Dave.

North Valley Builders were the successful bidders on a Public Works Project for Trinity County. This was a complex project involving the new construction of a three bedroom 1800 square foot home that was fully ADA compliant, and the remodel of a larger existing home on the same site including the installation of a new climate control system and a new roof. Chris from North Valley Builders was the project lead and his experience as the builder of many homes in the East Bay came through loud and clear. He was extremely professional in his approach, and listened to the needs of the County. There were only a couple of necessay change orders and the overall project came in on time and within budget. The quality of the construction was superb, and the beauty of the completed home undeniable. There were challenges in the project that had to be thought through, and North Valley Builders wisely navigated all of them. I would highly recommend this organization if you are seeking the right crew to make your construction dream come through.
