This place was incredible. They were very kind and they worked hard to fit me in the day after Christmas. Someone broke into my car and busted out the back left window and there was glass all over in my car. They cleaned it all, replaced it, and made me feel a lot better. And they did all of this at an amazing price. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Had a great experience despite unfortunate circumstances. Works quickly with insurance. Communicated very well about an issue with the first windshield they ordered (not the fault of Platinum) and got the correct item and scheduled the repair at an expedited rate. Everyone in the office was kind and professional. I hope I don't have to come back, but if I need more glass replacement I'll absolutely be using Platinum again.

The customer service was great.Went again for my Subaru which has lane assist. They replaced the window quickly, had a very awesome waiting room with coffee and snacks. When I thought my lane assist didn't work, they let me bring it in and Mike explained the whole process to me and showed me how it work. (There was a button I didn't press). Their customer service is top notch!

I had my windshield replaced and I was very happy with them. My car is not the easiest to work on but they put their top technician on it and he was awesome. Every detail was done to my satisfaction. I have to add that another company had done the same job only a few months ago (debris from construction in the road is always a problem in California) and they were a disaster!Platinum listened to my concerns and went the extra mile to see it was done correctly. I don't hesitate to recommend this place!They are honest. While I was in the waiting room they did what many businesses would not have done. One quick minute and a customer who thought that his rear slider in his pickup truck was missing went on his way happy because the guy (Don?)slid it back into place instead of booking an appointment and charging for a replacement. Another customer minutes later had a problem with only the drivers window working and the other three would not. I hear that and asked Don if someone had checked the lockout switch to see if the customer had accidentally hit the button. He immediately went out with the lady and sure enough, fixed the problem and she left happy that platinum had solved the issue for free!Just had my wife's windshield replaced today. As usual, top notch work, and due to a glitch in my insurance policy, the free glass only didn't transfer to her car for reasons unknown. However, Donnie waived The deductible, and, as I had already removed the sticker from the inside of the windshield that told us the next service date and put it on the face of the display in the car, the technician automatically put that back on the windshield and they did the calibration for the road sensors. Absolutely recommend platinum glass to anyone and everyone who needs glass replaced. They don't only do auto glass they do any type of glass in your home or business, and I can guarantee that you won't find a better outfit to take care of all your glass needs. I give them a five-star rating, only because 10 stars are not allowed but that's what I would rate Platinum glass

Excellent customer service and workmanship. Premium Glass replaced my windshield after some object kicked up by a semi on the freeway caused a crack which quickly spread. They worked with my insurance company and make the entire process easy for me as their customer. They also recalibrated my cameras which saved me a trip to the dealer. Highly reccommend!

Having had recently moved to Redding, I quickly found my coastal truck didn’t like the heat of this area and the rear view mirror just fell off, the glue melted in the sun. I called around to price having it glued back on and found that most places would charge between $20 and $40 just to glue it back up. Me being on a tight budget made one more call to Platinum Auto Glass which said to just bring it in, they’d put it back on for me for free as it was an easy fix. They didn’t know it at the time of making that generous offer but the savings they helped me with made a big difference for me at a time in need. They were polite friendly and professional as well. The daughter Tiffany did such an excellent job getting what I needed done which was getting my windshield replaced. After getting a couple quotes elsewhere, they absolutely beat the competition! When we spoke on the phone, she was really resourceful and knowledgable. She handled all the information I was able to give her over the phone and found out specifics I didn't even know my car had.
