A tree fell on our house during the 2-4 storm and the people at ServPro were on site shortly after my call to them. Daniel was incredible at taking us through the process of what to expect while he was looking over the damage. The next day Isiah and Jeremiah were on site tarping the roof to make sure that the next rain cycle couldn’t make the problem any worse. The following day, Melissa was out here with her crew drying everything and really getting going with the mitigation process. The entire process has been super-smooth so far, without any setbacks or problems. I’m grateful for all of their help with this rather awful hiccup in our lives. They even took the time to stack the boxes with contents from her bathroom and bedroom in the back room—away from the damaged areas.You could tell that they assessed the problem in a thorough manner in their work. Our Roof was recently Damaged due to the heavy winds and rains Servpro of South Shasta County came out immediately to put a tarp on the roof to prevent further water damage to the interior of the home. The worst of the storm however was not over, 50 + MPH winds blew the tarp off the house. Servpro of South Shasta again was there to the rescue and the same morning came back out and re tarped the roof no questions . They did an excellent job both times and this time the tarp has not budged. They have been a big help navigating us through this process with our insurance as well. Shann came out the same day that Daniel came out to see our emergency created by water damage. He quickly got to work diagnosing the problem and giving assurance that they can take care of it like it never happened. He found the issue, contained the area, cleaned up and was communicating along the way so we knew what was happening. I appreciate his cool and collected way of working, and keeping us informed along the way.When I first called them in a water damage emergency, a person answered the line, after hours. She was calm and collected, while I was struggling to know what to do next, she understood and started getting her team in motion.
