Yasmin helped get me an appointment the next day as I had to travel 3 hours to meet the technician Cory at our cabin in Shingletown. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Cory had our heater part we needed and repaired our heater right away!Great company all around. Good customer service and communication is HUGE for me. Cory and his team are the most helpful and mindful people I have come across. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a service of this sort. Living in Mount Shasta CA can come with freezing temperatures and they were there in no time to come help me with my monitor heating system that wasn’t working at all. Cory and his team are outstanding. We had Shasta Heating & Air Conditioning come out for preventative maintenance on our three AC units. They had never been serviced before. Cory made a recommendation on two of the AC's for next year. We decided to be proactive and take care of his suggestions now. Making an appointment was very simple. Rescheduling the appointment was a breeze, too. Cory arrived early and was very friendly. He took all the precautions to pick up after himself. We also upgraded our thermostats, so we had the ability to control them by our phone. Cory walked us through the entire app and we couldn't be happier. The service and experience with Shasta Heating & Air Conditioning was great! I called and left a message and got a call back the next day. They scheduled someone to come out the following week to see what repairs would be needed (some rodents in my attic had chewed through the ducts). Chris came on time, determined that the damage was very minimal, and fixed it right there! He was professional and helpful. I will definitely be calling them again for any duct work needs and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a speedy and professional service.
