This is the second time I've called Steve Beaton Plumbing for help, and received great, professional, and quality work from them. I have an older home, and now a lot of insurance companies are requiring whole house leak detection/automatic shut-off valves to be installed. Joe & Dave we're out this morning and got that put in for me. Excellent work and revised the invoice total when not as much work to install unit was needed. I really appreciate their friendliness, honesty and professionalism.

If I could leave a higher rating I definitely would. Exceptionalcustomer service, honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about the services they provide. We're a new business and unfortunately got burned a couple times at the beginning of our project. Thankfully we found Steve Beaton Plumbing and his son Matthew. They were able to correct the previous work and truly helped us find the best solutions that were the most cost effective. We may have started off with the wrong plumbers but we ended up with the right one. We'll be a lifetime client. THANK YOU!

David and his work partner (I can't remember his name) did an absolutely amazing job!!! They were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly for me. What we thought was possibly going to be an expensive and big job turned out to be easy and relatively cheap. In the midst of some pretty major anxiety on my part, they managed to make me laugh and relax. 100% service!! Highly recommend Steve Beaton and his guys for your plumbing needs/emergencies

We have had a wonderful experience with Steve Beaton Plumbing over the last five years. At our last rental, we had a series of plumbing problems. I needed two gaskets for my kitchen sink drain pipes so I went down to the Ace on 273 and Westside and ran into an employee for Steve Beaton. I rolled down my window and asked if Ace sold anything like what I was looking for. He asked me how many I needed and went into his truck and grabbed me two. The installation of my water heater had some unique challenges to it, but the office and field crew were great to work with and did really outstanding job. I do not say this lightly. As a retired Quality Assurance professional who worked in heavy industry my entire career, I am typically appalled by the workmanship and lack of knowledge residential contractors exhibit. I am thrilled with the service provided by Joe and David. My hot water heater leaked all over and needed replacement. They came out within an hour of my call and worked to get it replaced quickly. They were not the installers of the original and this was the first service they provided for me. I am thrilled with the quick response and how fast I am back to having hot water. Most recent work was several years ago installing water heater. The work performed mainly by Nick Weinberger was complicated and involved considerable laying and sweating of copper pipe. He did an excellent job. (I am not sure if he remains at Steve Beaton Plumbing.) The only frustration was in setting up the work and getting a clear definition of what would be done agreed upon (Admin issues rather than work quality issues.) I would consider using them again provided I could avoid the above and have someone of the same quality perform the work if Nick is no longer there. He was exceptional in terms of the quality of work.

Steve has helped us over the years with multiple things. Most recently the emergency crew, David and Joe, responded immediately to help us with a busted water heater. Had a main drain clog w septic. They came out promptly within a couple of hours of calling, snaked the line from the roof vent. A week later, the problem recurred. They came back and snaked it again and inserted a scope, saw a break in the line, came back the next day, dug, repaired and added a clean out. Very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Highly recommend.

Today we woke up to no hot water. As always, I called Beatons and tonight I have hot water. Nick installed the water heater. Not only did he do a great job on the installation, but he answered all my questions regarding the new water heater. Had a toilet clog that I couldn’t fix myself, rainy day, suffering under the house. I didn’t take photos because it was ugly and gross.Called these guys, they were there in an hour, less than 1 hour later the clog was gone completelyThey had the right equipment and smart, professional people working.
