Matt and his crew were honest with us and didn't ask for extras if minor changes were made during our home remodel. This in itself reflected the character of Matt, Tim, Shawn, Jeff and all that worked on our home. We felt that their goal was to work with us and provide us with a successful project that we could enjoy for years to come. We recently had TNB remodel our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Matt immediately made us feel comfortable. We could tell this was an honest contractor. He understood our needs and what style we wanted, he gave us design options for each of the rooms. We choose which ones we wanted and construction began. The crews were polite, punctual and very good at their jobs. Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful! It seems twice as big. Functions perfectly.They custom built all our cabinets. Such beautiful workmanship. Bathrooms are gorgeous too. They do it all. So happy we chose them. I highly recommend this company. You will be happy you did too.

So amazing. Not only did he come out in the bad rain in March to patch the hole in my roof without a payment or contract, he gave me a fair estimate to fix just the damaged part or the entire roof. When he found more damage then expected he kept me informed on everything before doing more. Allowed me to look at what he was doing up on the roof, and worked with the insurance company. They did my roof and garage for a very fair price and were fast at it. Great crew great owner great service!!! And the roof is beautiful.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

What a beautiful experience we had with Matt, his team, and all of True North. Beautiful, in terms of the finished product of our fully remodeled kitchen and kids' bathroom, and beautiful also in terms of the relationship we had with the True North team. Our kitchen and bathroom are nothing but perfect and exquisitely completed in a timely manner. We fell in love with all those who served in our home. Matt is an awesome contractor! We used True North to turn a standalone 2 car garage into a studio apartment with a bathroom, kitchenette, TV area, etc. Matt had fabulous design ideas, found a great architect for us, worked with the city on permits and approvals along the way, and most importantly was an excellent communicator. The project was done on time and within budget, and we are thrilled with the results even over a year later. You'll be very happy, trust me!!

True North Builders are five star performers. Matt’s staff were on time every day and were professional, exercising quality work as the primary focus. We had a good size deck that had to be build from the ground up with a step down deck that held the hot tub as part of the project. We are not only pleased with the outcome of the work but feel it will be a “once and done” effort. We can honestly say that it was a pleasure to work with each and every one of his staff. We feel that the project turned out to be not just a deck but an enhancement to the house and grounds.
