Just had Ben from Two Guys Window Cleaning out. We live in a rural area so there's lots of dust and pollen plus its been a good long while since our windows were last cleaned so I knew cleaning our windows would be a chore. I can say you'd never know that now. He did a really great job!!As for the business end I contacted Two Guys via e-mail (they have phone, e-mail and txt) to arrange to have several of our windows cleaned. Their website is very user friendly and by using their graphic and pricing guide I knew before I even contacted them what the cost would be. For most windows they charge a simple $4 per pane of glass. It was $8 a window for ours since each window has one fixed pane and one sliding pane. Simple! The price includes inside and out plus cleaning of the screens by the way.They confirmed my price estimate in the e-mail and we set up an appointment for the next day between 8-9am. Ben was on his way by 8 and arrived around 8:45. He was very professional, examined each window with me and off he went.Ben was very thorough. Its obvious he is a very detail oriented person because he went after every little spec. The windows are immaculate. I wouldn't have noticed it, but Ben pointed out that where our sprinkler hit one of our windows there were some barely noticeable, light streaks of mineral deposits. This was something he wasn't equipped for but he could refer me to someone who could remove them if I wished. I don't see the need at this point since, as I said it is barely noticeable.After he was done, Ben did a final walk around to pick up anything he might have missed and made sure I was happy with the job he did. I was. I had seven windows done, it came to $52. That is very reasonable I think, particularly when you consider what a good job was done.I would recommend Two Guys without hesitation and will no doubt have them out again next time our windows need cleaning!

Ben and Rob are always on time. They do a great job of cleaning the windows and ensuring plants, carpets, etc. do not get damaged or wet in the process. I've been using them for several years and will continue to do so.
