We have two hot water heaters in our home and both of them stopped working. We called Wallner first thing the next morning and they sent Justin who arrived about 10 am. He diagnosed the problems ( which were different for each one) and repaired them quickly, including replacing a breaker which had gone bad. He didn't have the right breaker with him, but quickly went and got one and made the repair himself instead of referring us to an electrician. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Justin did a great job for us and Wallner was very responsive. We definitely recommend them!

I called because my kitchen faucet was leaking and Scott came out. He recommended I replace the faucet and to call the office when I had the new one. He came back out within a few hours and installed the new one for me. The rate was reasonable and Scott was efficient and professional. Will use them for all my future plumbing issues.

We had such a great experience with Wallner Plumbing. They sent Bob, and his assistant out. They were very nice, and worked really hard to get our sewer line unclogged. Bob didn't give up! He tried different blades to unclog the line, and was successful. We won't use anyone else. Thank you Bob and assistant!

I had a leak under my house that I submitted to my home warranty company. After nearly a month and a horrible experience with the contractor they selected (who didn’t even fix the problem), I reached out to my dad who is friends with one of the Wallners because I was ready to go ahead and pay out of pocket. I trust my dad to be honest regardless of their friendship status and knew he wouldn’t recommend them if he didn’t trust the work.I got in touch with their dispatcher, Dendy, who was very sweet and helpful. They were able to get someone out the next day since the location of the pipe was accessible without me having to be there. They were also even able to fix it that same day because it was small enough of a job.It took them 2.5 hours from inspection to completion. The price was a little higher than what the other contractor was going to charge (I opted for a cash out with my home warranty company for the job), but it was still decent priced imo - especially for the service and the peace of mind that they wouldn’t make a small problem worse.Service: Plumbing leak repair

Daren provided excellent efficient installation of plumbing fixtures. However, I think the cost for the work was very high as installation was straightforward and no problematic issues were encountered. Also, the ballpark estimate from office personnel was nowhere near the amount charged; in fact the bill was actually 50 percent higher than estimate given over the phone!?I was given a price, an estimate, over the phone, for the replacement/installation of a new toilet in the amount of $200.00. I paid $678.44 for the installation of two toilets. I knew this was not an exact price, and if it were ultimately a little bit higher I would not have minded, but I did not expect the cost to be more than 50 percent higher, actually 58 percent higher. I was not quoted a lesser fee for coming out to then give me a quote. Once the plumber arrived to do the work, I felt I had no choice but to pay the higher amount. Of course it did not sit well as the cost was far more than I expected. Installing a toilet is not an extreme high tech operation and a standard fee should be available, subject to any problems that might arise that would require more work and thus more cost. In my case the work was completed in a very short period of time. The plumber was excellent, but the business practice was not.

We had Scott and Caleb totally install a whole new water system to our house. They were very friendly and professional in fact will be our plumbers for now on. They were on time and done in 2 days and kept us Updated on everything that they were doing. Had work done charged quite a bit for tubes. When they buy them from Lowes (workers let us know the mark up and told us to pick up ourselves for cheaper but we couldn't no truck to hall) Manager promised refund and never did because of my wife's review he wanted deleted. My power was restored after being off for 7 days with the damage from the snowstorm taking out trees and power lines. When we turned on the furnace, it was cold air and temp went down instead of up. I called Wallner this morning and they sent a technician out this afternoon...luckily it was an easy fix and I was charged less than quoted. GREAT SERVICE...THANK YOU Wallner Heating and Plumbing!!!
