Great price service. I did wish that they would have checked in with me between stages to just keep me up to date as to what was doing on in the process. At times weeks would go by & I wasn't sure it they had forgotten about me of if there was something I was supposed to be doing. But they were very helpful & got the job done.

WSC is a very fine company to work with. Such nice people. I would recommend them all day long.About the Solar addition, I got it to help offset REU Utility bill. Still new. First bill was only $35 difference. Hope that rises to the $100 estimate I was given.

Seriously, excellent. My house about 2,335 sq. ft. Got 3 bids. But I wasn't basing my choice on cheapness. The day after WSC finished, my neighbor was walking back from the mailbox and we chatted a bit. I told her how very happy I was with the whole procedure. My companion was here, and he had a construction company in the past that did everything, and had been a director of engineers. So, when Joel (and Daniel) came out from WSC, I was glad he was here. Joel brought sample boards of the stuff, cool composition shingles, the latest engineered underlayment, that kind of replaces the old felt that is no longer the best choice. And a superior product for the gullies and ridges. I love Judge Judy, and what she says about contracts. I wanted new barge rafters, as mine were split on the SW. This place is about 20+ years old. So I made sure they put that in the contract. 2 by 8's, and I told them, "no knot holes," though I do realize that's impossible. There were two decent no-rain days a week ago.Another thing I didn't want was the plastic of some kind continuous ridge. Have you ever planted something in on of those plastic/rubber pots, and, after ten years or less! this hot sun bakes them, and they crack. So I expressed that I wanted a different kind, I think they're metal. Ryan, a foreman or supervisor, was here at 7-ish and the 3-4 man crew started deconstruction. Often, Ryan was up there. It was amazing to me how much they got done in just one day! The only complaint I heard from a neighbor is that there was a lot of cussing, Spanish & English. But, they worked like stevedores, well, they "busted their hump!" The office ~Michelle, would keep me apprised of what was happening now, and happening next. This was done in two days.And they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. They had all the right tools. Some kind of magnetic thing on a long handle from Lowe's picked up all the staples and nails. I didn't want them tramping on my flowers.I was outside admiring my roof when my neighbor came up from the mailbox, and we chatted a bit.She told me that she was very disappointed with X because it took them 5 days to do it, they had a crew of 2, and she and her husband actually did the cleanup, because they did such a poor job. They left nails and staples all over. She told me this after I was telling her how happy I was with WSC. You know, a week after I signed the contract with WSC, my hot water heater (Twyman Plumbing) went out. It just seems, in both cases, such a miracle, when any project... hiring a company, or somebody, to do something, and it actually works out wonderfully. Well, I am a happy woman. I would recommend WSC without reservation.

Very professional and great quality work. They are backed up and will take months to get started. Once they start they are friendly and very good at what they do. The sales man is knowledgeable but was confused on start dates and never checks in once the project starts. Still he was very nice and set up a beautiful installation and covered things I didn’t know I needed. I’m very happy with the job ending today. Let’s hope it all stays dry through the winter. No doubt it will. Thanks WSC!

WSC just got done putting a new roof on my house. They were professional, fast and clean. They also topped off my insulation in my house, which I appreciated! When they inadvertently mis-positioned my satellite dish, Jordan actually came to my house at 6:30 in the evening and went up on my roof to fix it. Way above and beyond! I am VERY happy with the end result...and the whole thing was completely finished within two days. Highly recommend!

This is a great company to have do your roof. They listen, answer any questions you might have. Keep you updated on progress or job delays and the billing is complete and correct. I actually give them a 4 1/2 star rating. The only downside is that at the end of the second day, the crew didn't pick up after themselves. We have a dog and the yard was full of roofing staples, screws and nails. There was sticky caulking like material, empty water bottles and other debris scattered around the house on the ground. When I was asked how the day went by a supervisor and I told him of the trash, someone came and cleaned up the mess. The metal roof looks fantastic and appears to be very well put together. This is a professional, friendly company and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

I was looking for a reputable solar company to give me a quote for installing 10 solar panels on my roof. I had part of the equipment needed and wanted to purchase other pieces. I met Dwayne (the owner) at a home show in March. I was told they could do this job but since I lived in Douglas City I would be charged for coming up to estimate the job. I felt that was fair since they would take the fee off if they got the job. They would call me to set a time.I waited & waited giving them the benefit of the doubt.After many phone calls WSU sent someone up to estimate. He said he would get back with me and again I waited & waited. After many more phone calls I spoke with the person who had come up to estimate (which I never received)After 3 months and many phone calls later I was given an apology and told the owner feels the job would be too costly for them to come up.I had asked months ago if they really wanted to do this job or should I look elsewhere. I was told yes we want the job.I believed in this company's integrity. I was really taken in by them. feel they should have been honest and just say"no, you live too far away" (45 min). They shouldn't have left me hanging.

Lied to us about our solar and the sales person kept our personal information in his vehicle for weeks. We had to call to find out when our solar was going to begin months later. And they said the paperwork was lost. No one called us about our personal info being out in the public for weeks. Just recieved a true up bill for $1000 from pgne. No one at wsc explained that. And they appearantly didn’t put enough solar panels up for my huge family of 2. Do not get solar here. They are not knowledgeable

LOVED Dwayne and his team! Everyone was so knowledgable. When we moved to Redding last year I was shocked to get a PG&E bill for almost $900 for July. I researched and met with over 4 different solar companies, WSC was the last and I could not believe the difference in knowledge and professionalism. The other three came out, barely took a look at the property and weren't really interested in my questions. WSC stayed over 2 hours going over all the options and answering all my questions, I learned so much about solar! This year we made a decision to get solar put in and WSC held my hand throughout the entire process! They are the BEST in solar and roofing hands down.
