I was dreading having my house re-roofed, but it needed to be done. I got bids from two other companies before I contacted RNR Roofing. Owner Gregg Miller visited my home and spent almost two hours with me, explaining the process, various product options, and costs. He was friendly and thorough. And candid. He told me from the outset, "I won't be the lowest bid but I won't be the highest bid." I ended up choosing RNR because of Gregg's candor, and the fact that he has a 30-year track record on the mountain. He crew was timely, professional, and fast. Gregg estimated the job would take two-and-a-half days. They were all done by 10 a.m. the third day. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Highly recommended.Service: Roof installation

Gregg Miller and his crews recently replaced our roof with wooden cedar shingles. We had an excellent experience throughout the entire process, from the inital contract to the project completion. Our roof was looking pretty frayed at the edges of the shingles so I knew it would need to be replaced at some point. Gregg the owner came out and talked with us about roofing materials and funding. He explained everything throughly and was very patient with us. We ultimately decided to go with RNR Roofing because he was willing to sit down and explain everything and help with the process. The work his works did was excellent, our roof looks great. We did have a couple snags with the workers and our rain diverter that Gregg was more than happy to fix for us. He arranged for a gutter install for the front of the house after our rain diverter was forgotten. He definitely takes pride in his company and goes the extra mile to make sure things are right. I would recommend RNR Roofing to anyone that is looking for a new roof.

I can't speak to their work but their sales staff is aggressive and unprofessional. Their sales person came banging on the door, calling out at the top of their lungs, scaring my elderly father. If this is how they run their sales staff no thank you,EDIT: The company manager did reach out to apologize which I appreciated and am grateful for. I will add an additional star because of their courtesy to apologize.
