The team at Machu Picchu did a fantastic job! Their customer service in the office is outstanding and the crews who came out and performed the work were top notch. I would highly recommend this great, local, family-owned business.We received several quotes from the low end where a guy texted over his quote to the high end where a guy came over with fancy brochures and was super polished. Machu Picchu was the best fit for us because they were competitively priced and you could tell they knew what they were doing. My brother and several people on his block used them, so they came to us with great references.They were also the only company to call us back to check in to see if we wanted to move forward. That sealed the deal for us.We had to make a couple of changes from our original quote and they responded either the same day or by the next. Just as they were about to wrap up, we asked if they could install two additional vents in the garage. They said no problem and drove back their shop to pick the vents up.They left our house and yard clean and were very through picking up all the debris and blowing out everything from our gutters.We had them take care of the Redwood City permitting process and it was well worth having them do that.Great job Machu Picchu!Services: Gutter repairs, Gutter installation, Attic venting, Roof installation

Just got my new roof and gutter installed. One day for old roof removal, one day for new shingle/flashing, one day for the gutter, and one day for city final inspection. I have to say the contractor did a great job, quick, clean. Project manager Paul is a very nice guy, help you covered up the garage, and guarantee the worker clean up the debris/nails every single day. Roofing contractor Alfonso repaired all the rotten woods/holes before they put the new shingle on the roof. The shingle is Land Mark Morie black, great color that make my roof shining and elegant. Contractor painted the Chimney bottom flashing with black color, not so bad. I prefer color that match the brick, so the gutter guy Chris help me repainted the color that I chose. ha ha, a little reddish, not sure which one is better. The office lady Jenny also very nice and helpful.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Update: They made it right by replacing the gutter that wasn't working. Thank you (even if it took a little while)!They installed all new gutters last year. You can only test how well they work when it rains a lot, and 2 stretches of gutters weren't collecting water. No follow up for the other gutter that isn't working...after months of me calling and calling.Service: Gutter installation
