I remodeled my kitchen, laundry, and garage with Better Together Builders. I connected with them via Angi and am very glad that their name came up.This was my first remodel experience. Better Together Builders, and Tomer especially, made this experience so pleasant. I communicated with Tomer daily about the schedule and plans. I also got insight and support into decisions I had to make about materials. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and made the process feel so smooth.The estimated time for the remodel was initially 6-8 weeks as we started with just the kitchen. The laundry room and garage were added on after. Even with the addition of these spaces, remodel time was completed at 7.5 weeks.I am so happy with the work that was completed and love how everything looks. I will definitely recommend Better Together Builders to those needed remodel services. And I will also be reaching back out to them for any future remodel needs.

This company started out strong.A project with estimated time frame for 8-10 weeks ended up taking 7 months. Ended up costing way more than was originally quoted .I ended up not completing the final walk through with this company. I could not sign that the work was completed because i had some issues with the touch up work. Contractor said the owner didn't want to complete the walk through & left it to us to fix whatever was left. I couldn't even get them to straighten out the washer/ dryer that they put in that wasn't even with the cabinets. They didn't want to have to pay workers to do it. They said it was something we could do ourselves. If they had put it in properly, i wouldn't need to try to straighten it out. There's a big gap on right side between the appliance. Look to the left & there is barely Any space between the appliance & left side of custom cabinets built in.

Exceeds Expectations!I recently had Better Together Builders help me with a whole house renovation at my parents’ home in Westlake Village. Now this isn’t my first rodeo— I’ve done medium sized projects around my own home where I hired and managed individual tradesmen myself and I’ve done big projects where I took a house down to studs with a contractor— so I went into this project hoping for the best and braced for the worst.This is where the exceeds expectations comes in. Working with Better Together is what you hope renovating your home will be like— they are organized, communicative, professional, and personable. From the owner to each tradesman, everyone is doing their job the way its supposed to be done.Most of my interaction was with my project manager Yael. If I went into this project bracing for my stress to shoot to a 10, Yael neutralized nearly all of it. She was straightforward, prompt in communicating, super organized, and gave me great design advice. And most importantly, she was an advocate for me— if I asked for something, no matter how small, she was on it. If there was a problem, she was on it. Working with her was such a pleasure.Better Together was able to finish my project on time and in budget. The work is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to renovate.

I have never in my life had such a difficult process with a general contractor to merely GET A QUOTE. If you want clear quotes and an ITEMIZED BREAK DOWN of the project, aka how much they would charge you for each service (sod, fence, how much each area costs, etc), do not use this company. The amount of time and effort I spent to get a quote that didn’t answer any of my original requests was insane. Beware!

Our contractor, Better Together Builders, did a lot of work (listed below) and they did it on time and within budget. We were new to the world of construction and remodeling so it has definitely been a learning experience for us. In August 2023 during the estimate with our project manager Tal, we asked to move into our house within about six weeks (end of September) and he said they could do it and they really did pull it off, even despite a handful of change orders!We were excited to have a construction team that partnered with us and expected us to purchase and procure any final finish materials so we could make those decisions about style and availability and delivery timeframes, and have control over that part of the project. I worked hard to make sure we had our desired hardwoods and baseboards stacked in the garage to keep the project moving, and this gave us a feeling of empowerment.The subcontractors and workers hired by BTB were professional, courteous, hard working and performed at a high level of quality. Most of the patching and painting was so well done that it is very difficult to remember which walls were patched and what anything looked like before, which is the whole point, and feels like magic when you really think about it.Two months of remodeling with Better Together Builders involved: demolition, canceling some plumbing; moving 15 large shelves; removing thirteen old intercoms / security panels; partially remodeling 4 bathroom ceilings including 3 soffit removals and raising an entire ceiling from 7 to 8 feet, and all the related drywall, patching, texture and painting; refinishing 30 cabinets in 5 rooms; electrical work including: installing 2 new ventilation fans & 5 ceiling fans; adding 21 LED lights to 5 ceilings, fixing various electrical problems; preparing and flooring 1800 square feet with engineered hardwoods, plus a small complex custom hardwood floor design; installing hundreds of feet of baseboards, more painting; putting back 15 shelves; touch ups, etc. Almost every room in our house has been transformed.Tal was responsive and organized and calm and collected and followed up every few days, juggling a tremendous amount of work, and patiently putting up with our stream of questions and even numerous (minor) complaints. As in any large project, some small hiccups did occur, but Tal and the team took responsibility and eventually everything was made right. In an ideal world we wouldn’t need to worry about this, but in the real world it is important that BTB showed that they would do right by us, even for small things that needed to be corrected. They gained and retained our trust.If you can hire a contractor as reliable and honest who can deliver exceptional results like Better Together Builders you should count yourself lucky. After completing this phase of construction, every day we look around the house and we are still impressed with what we accomplished together.

They completely remodeled two of my guest bathrooms and they turned out beautiful. The job came in within my budget. Ziggy and his team are very professional and great to deal with. As with any remodel, unpredictable issues arose, but Ziggy worked long and hard to resolve them to my and my wife's satisfaction. He's truly a man of his word and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Good job Ziggy and Better Together Builders!

I wouldn't use them for commercial tenant improvements. I don't know how they are with residential, so I can't speak to that. I contacted them and asked if they do TI, and they said yes. I met with the Project Manager at my site and he seemed really excited about the project, so I decided to use Better Together instead of other contractors who didn't seem to care. My issue developed when my PM wouldn't respond to my calls and text for weeks. I had to call the office number to talk to someone and that finally got my PM to text me. He apologized, saying he was busy with another project. I asked for an update on my project and he gave me a list of architects to reach out to. This was supposed to be taken care of by Better Together and a month had gone by since they told me they were going to do it. By this time, I had gotten nothing accomplished in my project and it had been 2 months since we first met to discuss it. My business was supposed to open in January, and they told me it would likely be February, but it was already January by this point when my PM told me to contact the architect. Not only was I losing money by not opening on time, but I was paying for monthly bills like insurance. I contacted 4 of the numbers on the list of architects before realizing what a waste of time this entire process had been. I decided to call another contractor who got to work immediately. The new contractor accomplished more in 2 weeks than Better Together did in 3 months. Now, I will say that everyone I met at Better Together was very nice. However, I think they don't know when to say no to picking up a new project. They have too much going on to get a project completed in a decent time.

Better Together Builders are amazing! Incredibly professional, honest and truly a wonderful company to work with. They remodeled our master bathroom and from start to finish it was the best experience. Ido is amazing! He helped me through this entire process with the utmost professionalism, honesty, knowledge, caring and patience. His constant communication with me through this process was exceptional. And one of my favorites too was Sapphire. She is the Office Manager and not only the sweetest but so professional and helpful. After I received 5 quotes on ADU Garage Conversion I went with best quality-price ratio from Better Together Builders. Ziggy and his team were great to work with. They were always on time, quick, efficient and there were no issues although it was a big and complicated project. Ziggy was awesome, always available and ready for any help, his great advices helped me a lot and saved me money also. The project was finished on time, there were no unexpected costs and final product is excellent. I would definitely work with Better Together Builders again, actually we had a talk about future project!!

After several years of thinking about it; we finally decided to go through with remodeling our master bathroom. Part of the reason we delayed so long was because of the anticipated stress involved with working with a contractor. We ended up searching Yelp and Nextdoor for possible contractors to contact for estimates. I found 4 and I set up appointments for each.Yoti, from Better Together Builders came by to take a look at our bathroom, provide an estimate and answered all of the questions that we had. He gave us a rendering of what our remodel would look like right on the spot. Though Better Together Builders was not the lowest bid (nor the highest) that we received, it was Yoti that made the difference and the reason we decided to go with BTB.We scheduled a time for the work to begin, they provided a fair payment structure and a clear contract of the work to be done. Before demo began, Yoti went shopping with us to pick out items required for the remodel like, tile, flooring, fixtures, etc.Even before the project actually started, communication was great. We received daily/weekly updates as to what was going to be done that day/week. The crew was safe (due to Covid) and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were always on time and respectful of our property and very professional. Yoti, was very communicative and continued to answer any questions we had as the project progressed. Even with little changes that came up, the team easily pivoted and worked to get us what we wanted.I'm happy to say that we are in love with our new bathroom. This experience was so pleasant that we've decided to go ahead and remodel another bathroom and our kitchen. We will surely be contacting Yoti and Better Together Builders for these projects.

Be Very Careful: A lot of manipulation and attempted bullying.I returned home to a disastrous and incomplete job done on my home. From the beginning TOMER PLONSKI gave me a specific website to select the flooring from, I was told to pick the paint that I would like to be used. On the day that the work was to start I received a call from TOMER PLONSKI stating that the paint I had selected was too expensive and that I should make another selection. The paint had already been selected and then an estimate provided, so there was no need to discuss paint or cost at all. This was the first red flag. The second major issue occurred when TOMER PLONSKI showed up to my home for the second time and stated that additional costs would incur related to the damaged wall closest to where the pipe had burst causing water damage to the wall. The water damage itself was very evident and should have been included in the initial estimate.At this point I told Tomer to go ahead and stop. I felt uncomfortable and asked that no work be started. Tomer insisted that the work could not be stopped even though no work on the companies part had begun. Tomer explained that the flooring had been ordered. I told him that I would pay for the flooring and that he could leave the flooring for me in the garage and I would have another company do the installation. Again, he insisted that it was "too late". Bare in mind no actual demolition had begun.They concluded their job and left me with a leaky pipe.Secondly, the ventilation shutters to room which lead to the outside, had been covered up and were now non-existent.Third, the job itself was incomplete with missing crowning along the floor, between the floor itself and the wall.Fourth, there was still a damaged area of dry wall that was never repaired. Instead it was simply painted over.Fifth, the paint job itself is very poorly; electrical sockets were painted over, and I was dealt dealing with and electrical issue which required me to hire out to get it fixed.Bare in mind. I just had a bathroom rebuild and other construction work completed on my other home. I am aware of what a well constructed demolition and rebuild should look like. The job that was done here was no where near professional, in any sense of the word.Lastly, many items were stolen from my home between the time the packout was done and when Better Together Builders had their different vendors in my home. I had to file a police report. This was a disaster. Please be careful with these guys.

If you're looking for a great contractor, I would recommend Better Together Builders. They just finished remodeling my kitchen, master bathroom, and painting the interior of my home. I couldn't be happier with the work they have done.I'm very new to owning a home and the house needed a lot of work. I wasn't sure how to go about all thisAnd being very indecisive doesn't help either. They were the first company I had come out to give me an estimate. I had a great feeling, but I wanted to do my homework. Aviv was very supportive of my need to get other eatimates.In the end, I went with my gut, and I'm 110% positive I made the correct choice. They finished the job on time, had great communication about what was done daily and any issues that arose once the walls were opened. I have some other projects in mind and will for sure be calling them when the time comes!

We moved into our new home and needed a lot of work, starting with new roof, master bathroom remodel, kitchen upgrade , flooring throw out the house and landscaping in our back yardAfter long search interviewing many contractors we got referred to Ido from Better together Builders he just finish a project at one of our neighbors house... after 2 months we finally finished, defiantly did a good choice , they finished on time and on budget , communication with Ido and all his crews was great. He doesn't miss a detail and if something isn't perfect, he spots it and has it fixed immediately. It was absolutely great and the transformation changed my entire home. My wife and I decided to choose Better Together Builders for our bathroom remodel because Ido, one of the owners, assured us that he would really work with us to make our bathroom perfect. He was right!The remodel ended up costing more than what we anticipated (even with a conservative estimate on the cost of materials), but it was mostly because of some unforeseen circumstances combined with our choice of materials. We weren't expecting to have to replace some old, water damaged studs in our walls, but it needed to happen. There was no way any of us could have predicted the damage before the walls were opened up. Ido quoted us a fair rate for the extra work + cost of new studs and things got back on track quickly.At first, we were optimistic that we could find and purchase a decent 55" prefabricated double vanity online for our slightly smaller bathroom, but that was a futile endeavor. Instead, we ended up working with a few of Ido's recommended vendors to help us build a custom vanity and marble top. Unfortunately, our marble top was adhered to a top layer of plywood which had a green paint stain. The stain soaked right up through the porous marble and looked pretty bad. We realized this was an expensive mistake for the vendor, so in good faith we offered them a week to attempt to remove the stain chemically. The stain removal was unsuccessful though, so they completely replaced the top and apologized for the inconvenience. It's important to mention that during this whole incident, we never felt like we were being argued with. Communication was a little spotty at times, but thankfully Ido's recommended vendors always tried their best to do the right thing.We were always able to get a hold of Ido when we needed him. He's a busy guy, so sometimes he'll let you know if he's in a meeting, but he always calls back within the hour. Towards the end of the process it was a little bit difficult communicating to the project managers what needed to be fixed or corrected. Our contract said to make all requests through Better Together Builder's (not the workers), but many times our requests never made it to the foreman or his crew before certain work was done. We had to repeat ourselves quite often and at one point the foreman ignored our request to use a specific paint brand so we could match the rest of the freshly painted house. Near the final inspection, our project manager started writing down notes of our requests. I would recommend doing this from the start so that the workers don't end up doing double the work.Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the job Better Together Builders did. That was the most important thing to us. Our bathroom is beautiful and we learned a lot in this process. Also, Ido is a polite and reasonable contractor that won't nickel-and-dime you, so tell him what you want and he'll make it happen! Thank you!

2-I had a full roof removal and replacement (many leaks).  The Better Together owner, Yanni, was up front and honest about the products available, the time it would take, and financing options. Agustin, the roofer, also explained everything he was doing and how long it would take.  I was happy to pay for a professional job. The roof was done in less than a week, including multiple inspections throughout the process. Good Job Guys.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Better Together Builders (BTB). When selecting a contractor for our kitchen/laundry room/powder room remodel, we were looking for someone with excellent project management skills, communication skills, and people skills. Ido, one of the owners of BTB, fit the bill and was such a pleasure to work with. He guided us through the entire process from start to finish and made sure we felt at ease with every decision we made along the way. Ido kept us updated at all times and was always only a text or a phone call away whenever we had questions or concerns. He and his team (especially Ziggi, Isaac, David, Alex, and Sapphire) are truly amazing! We highly recommend Better Together Builders and look forward to working with them again on our next project.

We had an unfortunate slow water leak that ultimately required a partial bathroom remodel in our children's bathroom. As an unplanned event, the cost concerns were very high and our insurance wouldn't cover any of it. We were fortunate to find Better Together Builders who were not put off by the initially anticipated "small job." Our project manager, Yoti, was very responsive to all texts and phone calls. Sapphire in the office was also great with communication in terms of due dates and upcoming inspections. Luis, the foreman, was very friendly and not put off by my need for everything to look perfect. When we found mold after taking down part of the wall (a fun bonus of a slow leak), BTB were great about getting it remediated quickly. While none of this was fun, I feel extremely fortunate to have worked with BTB due to their communication, legitimate concern for how we felt things looked/turned out, and their honesty with referrals, strengths, and limitations. I will look forward to calling them in the future to see what can be done with our kitchen.

I cannot say enough good things about Better Together Builders and Yanni (owner). I have a good amount of experience with contractors as I’ve had a few projects done in my home. It is so hard to know who to trust. Better Together Builders was by far the most positive, and I trust them completely with my home. They have excellent communication, stayed within budget, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. They helped with removing bad insulation and replace it, remove popcorn ceilings and fix numerous cracks and holes then painted the ceilings, and best of all they redid my dropped kitchen ceiling that had fluorescent lights and put in recessed lights and crown molding. The crown molding was a challenge because of how the old owner of my house custom made the cabinet/ceiling but they exceeded my expectations in making it beautiful.The only thing that didn’t go as expected was it took a couple days longer than anticipated but that was because they wanted to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted and not over rush and do a bad job. They were very accommodating and it never felt like a hassle to coordinate and have them over. When I worked with other companies in the past, they always went way over anticipated time and budget and were difficult to schedule so a couple days here was no big deal at all.Beyond what I asked them to do, they did more than I expected! They fixed and painted ceilings that definitely needed it but weren’t part of the job I asked for. Bonus!!As a side note I used to hate having workers over because my animals always stress out and I worry they’ll run out the front door. But, my dog fell in love with Yanni and he helped care for her when I went to work. He even took care of my chickens while they were working on my house and I was out of town! Yanni is just one of those rare awesome people in this world that are legitimately just trying to do the right thing and help however he can.Highly recommend! My first google review I think.. that’s how much I recommend them
