Incredible customer service! They dispatched Ernest, one of their estimators, to our premises in Reseda for a quote. He was both experienced and straightforward. We had a terrible leak in our roof and were under the impression we needed to replace the entire roof. We received other estimates from several roofing services insisting we needed a complete roof overhaul, while Ernest recommended a simple patch job would do, given the roof was still in excellent shape. He saved us a substantial amount of money. The job was completed about a week later and took just a few hours to wrap up. It's been about 7 weeks since the repair, and we've had no leaks, even when it rains. Exceptional craftsmanship!
