Daniel from Top Remodeling called me and said his company was doing work in my neighborhood and he wanted to know if I would like a free written estimate for home repairs. I told him I don't usually talk to telemarketers. He assured me that he was not a telemarketer. I told him I only have a small job right now of repairing and painting my kitchen ceiling and walls. I asked if that was too small of a job, and he said no. So I agreed to let Lee come to give me an estimate.to repair and paint my kitchen. Unfortunately from the minute she came into my kitchen she tried to talk me into getting new cabinets. I told her no several times but she still tried to convince me. Then when she finally realized she couldn't talk me into getting new cabinets she told me the price for just repairing the water damage and painting. What she quoted seemed a little high but I told her I would submit it to my insurance company and if they approved I would use her company to do the work. She was not willing to do it that way. She wanted me to sign a contract on the spot and give her $1,000.deposit today! This was a red flag for me. If she is a legitimate contractor why was she so anxious to get a deposit before I had a chance to check out references? There are a lot of scammers these days. Bottom line is this. She refused to give the written estimate Daniel promised, and she was angry that I wanted to check her standing with the contractors license board.

I recently finished a complete remodel with Top home remodeling and I must say that I'm very satisfied with my choice working with them. I went through many contractors and interviewed many designers until I finally decided to go with Lee and her crew. I was very impressed by her knowledge and professionalism, she was very responsive and easy to work with which is a big thing since I'm VERY picky...the quality of their work is outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely work with them in the future and recommend them to my friends!

I had two complete bathroom remodels with top home remodeling and they turned out beautifully! I utilized their design services and that was very helpful to choose most of the finishes in one showroom visit. Great advice from lee to pick designs that blended nicely with the Spanish heritage of the house. All the work was done very professionally from the dry wall, to the cabinet construction to the tile work, plumbing and electrical. Most importantly, i was under a time crunch to get the work completed and they make it happen . thank you top home remodeling!!!

We recently had a bathroom remodel done by Top Home Remodeling and were very happy with their work and especially with our project manager, Simon. Their workers showed up on time, worked diligently on the project, and cleaned up each day when they were done. Simon was on site every day to make certain the work was progressing, and he was also a huge help with the design details and in making sure everything was done to our liking. The job was completed professionally and on time and looks great! We would definitely give 5 stars to Simon and Top Home Remodeling.

I hired top home remodeling to do my bathroom renovation lee was not the lowest of my 5 bids but i read some yelp reviews and contacted them, their feedback was very helpful in my decision to hire top home remodeling . lee the owner is very like-able and thorough. she is very professional and visits your project 3-4 times a week to check on the progress, ask questions and to talk to her crew The crews that perform the work are beyond qualified. They are on time, courteous, clean and leave the project clean daily and do not cut corners. The Bathroom were finished on time to a very high standard, im happy with the end result. I will definitely be using top home remodeling again here is some photos...
