My wife and I met Levi Bradley through a family referral. Levi was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He came to our house and really was thoughtful and listened to the requests and concerns that we as new home owners had. He really took the time to explain the renovation in detail and how to make our home perfect! He clearly is an expert in his field and 100% trust his judgement, top quality is what he's all about. After all the rain we needed our roof done. Trusted Home Contractors did a great job. Carlos was very helpful. There is a support team that stays in contact with you while the job is being done. Our roof looks great.

I needed a new roof and contacted this company. They are not trusted as their name implies. The charged me two and a half times what this job would cost. More importantly they did a poor job. They took advantage of me. I contacted and filed a complaint with the State Contractors Board. In order to stop their investigation, he filed a suit against me. The State Contractors investigation found faulty workmanship. In addition, I won my suit against this company in a court of law. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The Contractors Board informed me they had 23 complaints against them. They advertise heavily and gouge people to pay for their advertizing. They are also fraudulent. They changed the contract after I signed it. Really scary that this company is in existence. I learned my lesson. Writing to spare anyone else from the fraud, deceit and faulty workmanship at the hands of this company.

Canceled twice on me the first time person wanted my wife to be there just for just an estimate ok fine. Called me the day of the appointment and wanted to change the time, but I couldn't do it due to work they said ok they would be there as scheduled. Calls me back and says his guy has the stomach flu I just said for get it to much Drama. I get a call on the weekend from a Representative same company although I did not relize at the time so a made the appointment for Monday. I get a call from a Representative to confirm and they asked me if my wife is going to be there, then I put 2 and 2 together I said no because they did not ask for her to be there when they set the appointment. They said ok they will be there on time. I get a call about half later that they have to cancel. This company is Flaky image them running your project no Thank You.

Carlos and his crew did excellent work on our new roof. They handle all the paperwork, permits and inspections, HOA, etc.. They also replaced our 30 year old gutters and we are very happy with the result.

Terrible experience so far. Their sales man will insist on getting a downpayment of $1800.00 before they start the job. Then, once the downpayment is paid, they will not show up to your home when they say they will. They wont even let you know. When they didn't show up I called them and they confirmed that they are coming tomorrow. But, the next day they didn't show up either. When I called their guy, he said that he had been told to “hold off” on that job. Calling their main office, and the person who ordered the hold off, and NOBODY answers phones there. Not one person picks up the phone. Not customer service, not receptionist, not the person who supposedly told the worker to hold off. Nobody.

My experience with the sales person was great! Thought it was going to be an easy project taking maybe 3-4 days at most.Too many different workers everyday and one didn’t know what the other had done.I had to supervise them every day as the leadership was busy with other projects at the same time.I’m writing now because my new paint is peeling off which indicates they didn’t sand the surfaces before painting 🤯isn’t that paint 101?Not happy may end up in small claims as I will need to pay another “painter” to redo the peeled paint... shouldn’t be at my cost right?!?Continue to be frustrated after a couple of months😖
