Tumi re-plastered my pool, and the whole process only took 2 to 3 days! They did a fantastic job. They re-plastered my pool light gray. This is the second swimming pool I have had and both pools were lite gray and they look excellent in this color.Day one: drain the pool.Day two: remove the old plasterDay three: apply the new plaster and fill the poolDone.The owner was very nice and very helpful. I had 2 companies give me a bid, and Tumi was almost $3000 cheaper.

Tom came to our house and helped us with our backyard design. He was extremely professional and helped us with the layout, samples and material selection. The entire process was very smooth and the best part with Tumi Builders is that they do the project themselves so basically they are a one stop shop! I initially called Tumi Builders when I needed work done on my pool because I saw so many other positive reviews. I was impressed immediately with how friendly and professional Tom was on the phone. Long story short, I could not be happier with my experience. The pool was patched, re-plastered, tile and skimmer replaced all beautifully. The crew was knowledgeable and professional. They tackled a big job quickly, did excellent work and cleaned up daily. They made the unpleasant task of having to re-do a pool a pleasant one. I am very happy with the results. I will definitely use Tumi Builders again for other projects.

They changed my whole pool equipment, and everything is done clean and is working great. Tom is really on top of his work and he takes all responsibility.After installing my new automation system, we figured out the panel that is installed has 4 slots for extra features while we needed 8 to control the backyard lights. Let me start off by saying I am inherently extremely cautious of contractors..I think they are all shady (which may not be true)...I just finished remodeling my kitchen with Tumi Builders. I really appreciated the level of service and transperency that we received.Natalie (don’t remember her title), was very helpful and walked us through what to expect during the meeting with the project manager. Our project manager, Sean, was attentive and answered all of our questions. He also regularly informed me on the project's progress.I am very satisfied with the company and the work done. We met Tom with Tumi Builders randomly in a tile shop he was showing his customers some options for their remodel.I was looking at him and I notice a guy that knows what he's talking about beside that he was really polite with his customers, at that time we were in a process to get our home remodel inside and outside.I took down his number and called him after a month when we were more ready to get bids, first thing Tom showed respect to the industry by showing up on time, I was impressed in the past nobody came on time.We went over the whole project which was pretty big and Tom took the time for 4 different meetings before we decided that he is our guy Tom came with his crew with Tumi Builders after getting all the engineering and architectural back from the city approved And started the job.It wasn't easy because it's a big project but Tumi Builders and Tom handle the project and I could see that it's something that they are doing on a daily basis they knew exactly what they are doing they even had better suggests along the way and different ideas to make our dream house even better. We really like all the cruise that we're working at our house, all of them was really clean and polite and on time (very important).I was almost losing hope in Contractor's till I met Tumi Builders.I would recommend this company to anybody that is in the process to get his house or backyard remodeled. We hired Tumi Builders to level our backyard, install pavers and turf, and create a retention/planter wall, and I cannot express how easy the entire experience was from start to finish. They were receptive to our input at every step and assisted with the design plans and were in constant communication with regards to work scheduling and project timelines and ultimately were able to provide us with everything we asked for. I would highly recommend Tumi Builders. We have already recommended them to a few of our close friends for home renovations and we will certainly be calling them back for our next project.

Wow!! They literally made my backyard dreams come true. After meeting with 6(yes 6!!) different contractors I found the people who could finally deliver what I wanted. We worked with Tom and did a complete remodel of our backyard- including a pool, pavers, and outdoor kitchen. The whole experience was wonderful. Constant communication, great customer service, quality work, stayed within budget, stayed on schedule and was very transparent about everything along the way. Couldn’t ask for more!

We have been looking for more than a couple of years to get our backyard done.We knew what we wanted and we had looked in google as well as referrals from friends for contractors that could do the job for a reasonable price. We had probably more than a dozen contractors come by to give us an estimate of the job we wanted done. We had some crazy crazy estimates. Thank God we found Tumi Builders! Tom is the best. He is quick to respond. Very easy to talk to and promised to t work for a more than reasonable price. We had some electrical issues and I was for sure convinced that we had to abandon our project once again but Tom made sure we had good options the issues we faced and helped us and walked us thru the whole process. The guys that came to install and complete the project were very skilled and knowledgeable about what was needed to be done. They left the site clean and was always ready for any questions and inquiries we had. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE, Tumi Builders is the answer to your construction needs. I'm more than happy with the work they do and would recommend them all day and everyday to anyone who would care to ask.
