I'd give 10 stars and a heart.. if I could. Shawn got our old swamp cooler working so much better (our thermostat wasn't working properly, he replaced it and serviced cooler). It was the professionalism for me..on time and thorough work. Very professional and honest business. Happy to have found them. Highly recommend.

Michael was very upfront about costs, tax incentives, and worked with us to make some modifications on the proposed units. Very professional experience overall. Michael and his team solved a few problems when it came to placement of the units, attention to detail was on point. External placement for the condenser unit was placed on cement which they poured, the external tubing and drain spout was color matched to the house, didn't even ask, they just did it. We have called Michaels twice. In the winter when heater part of dual pack went out in coldest part of winter with very elderly parents. They showed up the next day and stated that the system was extremely old, which we knew, and gave us an estimate for a new system as well as an estimate to upgrade section of heater to get it going. We upgraded.AC did not work in July so called Michaels as well as 2 other places. Michaels came right out and said we must replace unit which we really did know. We obtained another estimate which came in 3 times higher. We ordered unit from Michaels on Friday and Tuesday morning a team, including owner, showed up along with crane and we are enjoying a beautiful new system. I have been working with this place for nearly 10 years as of this review and they have been great. At first they were servicing the swamp cooler and dual pack at the apartment I was renting. They were always professional and on time, easy to work with and always communicated well.When I needed a new swamp cooler on my house, I called them. It was the middle of summer when my old one went out. Their first concern was whether I still had some form of cooling (I did). They still came out promptly and got me a new cooler. When I had a problem with it next season, they worked with me to fix it that day. I always appreciate their service and professionalism, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Michael’s did a great job. Fairly knowledgeable along with good work.My only slight nitpick is that the mini split in the living area were not insulated around install point. This leads to noticeable energy loss on the hottest days. This is a common issue though. I trust them to work on my house, and I know if I read reviews, that is what matters to me.I hope this helps.

They gave us an amazing deal on a new HVAC unit, worked with our solar and roof replacement companies and squeezed in fixes so the Roofer could stay on schedule. Mike has a great team that does great work. Mike personally stopped by and made sure the project stayed on schedule during the roof inspection phase and saved us major head aches from delays. My heater broke down, and after diagnosing myself I found out the control board was fried. Called them to see if they have the parts, and the person on the phone kept trying to score by sending me a technician to look at it when I've already diagnosed and she said we might have the part "but I'm not sure but we can send someone to take a look at for you". I bought two space heaters to keep my family warm and ordered the parts over night.

Very unhappy with this company ! My ac broke over a month ago and I turned it into my insurance expecting the job done in a professional, timely fashion . However that is not what I got . Instead I’ve been rescheduled 3 times, with excuse after excuse. Not to mention my wife has had to endure extreme heat in our home for over a month along with myself kids and 71 year old ant . And to top it off they gave us a portable ac unit witch blew my breaker in every room . Witch made it unusable. Very poor communication and customer service . Technician's were on time, and immediately started working on resolving the problem. Gave me a quote to fix the issue, and fixed it within probably half an hour. They were quick and concise, no messing around. Final price matched his quote for the fix. Would recommend and use again.

The guy showed up smelling like marijuana. The lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional. They did maintenance work on my AC but never fixed the problem.
