Very unprofessional! They have done repairs to my roof twice in the last 4 years. After another 2000 in repairs in August my roof leaked the very first rain. When I reached out I got a one line response "We did not work on the valleys" Not I'm sorry that happened or we will send someone to check it out, NOTHING! As a REALTOR I have referred this company many times. I learned my lesson, if this is the way they treat me I can't imagine how they treat my clients. Plus they will not take photos of before or after, how do you confirm what work was done!Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

I have used this company on home inspections, repairs and bids. They are always reasonably priced, professional and take care to not create any extra repairs. The workers who come out are not rude and seem to take pride in their professional demeanor. With the recent storms, my insurance company advised me what the cost should be for repairs and this company came in right there. They are not willing to provide pictures of job done but can take pictures before the job. I do not understand who charges $150 to just go take pics. Might as well charge for estimates too. Since son and Father say that “we don’t work for free”.Service: Roof repair

Landreth Roofing Company did a great job with my difficult roofing project on an old fixer-upper modular home. The president of the company came every day to check on progress and work with the team on problem-solving. When extensive dry rot was discovered, he assigned his son to make sure that all the problems were addressed correctly. When the roofing inspector insisted on a higher grade of roofing material in the case of my home, Landreth Roofing gave me a break on the increased price. They stuck with the project until it was done right. In the torrential rains that followed, there has not been one leak of problem of any kind. Something fishy was going on here. Landreth's inspection showed that not enough nails were used to put my roof on. A second opinion from another contractor showed me pictures where shingles had forcibly been pulled up pulling the nail through the shingles. One or the other is lying to me. I don't trust them.
