Wow. The owner is the absolute nicest person I have ever met. The kind of person that restores your faith in humanity. My boyfriend and I are were in a bind and needed a specific and hard to find part (a fuel filter for an old Ford 4500) and couldn't wait for online shipping. We're located in Salinas so this place was a bit of a drive for us so I decided to call first before making the trip. I called right before closing time and he took the time to speak with us, look at pictures of the part, and look through his inventory to find what we needed. He even worked late so we could make the drive the same day. It was a wonderful experience with a really genuinely helpful and kind business owner.

My 1980 Ford 3600 Tractor needed a new turn actuator (power steering cylinder) Leaking. The guy at New Holland in Stockton told me to call Myers Ward Tractor in Riverdale. Wow, what a great call. Carlos at Myers Ward helped me. He was so fast looking up the part over the phone with me. I was a little worried about a potential problem, but Carlos was confident and he also hooked me up with a spring for my brake pedal. $290 plus tax was the lowest third party price and that all happened at noon on Friday....and by Saturday evening, the parts were at my doorstep. My first time at this. My pops and I had the new actuator and spring installed in less 90 minutes. A five minute test drive and we were very happy. Thank you Carlos @ Myers Ward. 5 star service.
