This is a truly professional company I would not hesitate for a second to recommend to friends and family in need of a new roof or repair. I had one small issue and the owner Ron himself took my call and address the issue immediately. From the minute Eric the sales rep arrived on time, he was very professional. Followed by Geofe the field manager through the last guy on site all was GREAT. I will say you may find a less expensive solution but nowadays it seem you get what you pay for so why not spend a little more and get a true professional organization which is licensed, bonded and insured to handle your roofing needs. Kudos to Barry Roofing, I will not hesitate to call them when the need arises for a new roof once again.

Ryan was my point of contact. He was thorough during his walk-through and provided me with a video of all his findings. The work was completed in about one week after he walked the project. After the project, he made another video and verified that the work was performed as expected. I had 2 contractors come to give me pricing and never got the price from the contractors for whatever reason. Ryan proposed the job his truck, and it was pretty seamless compared to my prior experiences of even getting it quoted. I will be referring Berry Roofing.

Job Well Done But Word of AdviceMy mom recently utilized the services of this company based on the great reviews and I will say the company did live up to our expectations when it came to timeliness ✨ cleanliness ✨& professionalism✨.Ernie came out to do an inspection a few months ago when we first noticed a leak in the roof. He was very clean, polite, professional and did a very thorough inspection and initial consultation. He took pictures and videos to show us exactly where the leak was coming from as he explained what needed to be done to fix it (in very simple, easy to understand terms) and he didn't use any slimy or sleazy sales tactics. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽We didn't have the work done right away because the leak wasn't that bad at the time and since the insurance company didn't cover the costs, it was an out of pocket expense. However, as the weather changed and during the hard rains, the leak had progressively gotten worse. Another company was recommended to my Mom and she had them come out to do an inspection, however, we didn't have the same experience as we did with Berry Roofing Co. and the other company was significantly higher to do the same work. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽So, we called Berry Roofing and thankfully, they were able to get us scheduled pretty quickly and honored the original price they quoted my Mom, which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. 🙏🏽On the day the job was scheduled 📆 two guys (Victor & Ricardo) showed up on time, rang the bell and introduced themselves. They had on brightly colored company hoodies to identify themselves and they started setting up, keeping everything neatly contained in one area. We were told they would not need the owner (my Mom) to be present, but I was there on her behalf to ensure everything went smoothly.The lead worker rang the bell again approximately 15-20 mins. later to tell me that the outside outlets were not working and asked if they could run their cord through the house to gain access to an inside outlet that was properly working, which I thought was very inappropriate and unprofessional. 🤦🏽‍♀️(1) I was working from home so I had to ask them to not continue to knock or ring the bell while I was conducting calls and on camera.(2) The cord was thick and dirty and would have required me to leave the door open on a very cold morning, while the heat was running. Plus, there would be noise disturbances while I was on the phone, conducting business.(3) They did not come prepared with a generator or other back-up plan and they should not have brought their concerns or problems to my attention, but rather to their Manager or Supervisor, who could help them resolve the issue. Suppose I wasn't there. What do they usually do in this situation? 🤔Lastly, they did finish an hour earlier than anticipated, which was great and they did clean up their mess, however, they used the water hose at the front of the house to mix their roofing materials and wash off, which I didn't have a problem with, BUT. . .they did not wrap the water hose the way they found it, they just left it in the puddle of muddy water that we had to clean up. 😏Aside from those two observations, they still did a good job. We haven't had many rainy days since the roof repairs but the few rainy days we did have, the leak seemed to be a non-issue. We will continue to monitor and of course, they do offer a warranty.Despite the 4 out of 5 stars, I would still use their services in the future and would definitely recommend. 😊 Hopefully, these are areas the company's leadership team will consider improving.

I had Berry Roofing come out for an estimate. I asked for some time to review the estimate I was given. I decided to move forward so i called back to sign the agreement and book a date. The salesman came back out and went over the estimate and we picked out colors. I signed the agreement and gave a deposit. The next day I was emailed and told the job was underestimated four thousand dollars which they would help me out and charge me only two thousand more. I was very upset seeing that I turned in the estimate to my insurance showing how much the job would cost. The insurance company settled and we were paid out. I feel like I really got screwed over. The salesman apologized for the mix up and offered to call my insurance company to try and fix the error. It was nice he offered to try and help but at this point the insurance company has closed the case. I did not move forward with this company. I hope they figure out a program to double check estimates to prevent mistakes.

I would have gave them 5 stars, but because of their sub contractors, I gave them 4.When Betty Roofing did their part the job was excellent. Unfortunately the contractor (Hunnicut) that tore off my old tiles caused damage to my vinyl fence and left debris in my rain gutters. They also stole some oranges from my tree which Geoff replaced from the trees in his yard.All in all it was an above average job. I will do business with Berry again. They also beat two other roofing companies by $11K and $14K.

We selected Berry Roofing to replace our leaking flat roof. During initial visit we mentioned how hot the room below would be in the summer. This prompted a conversation about adding 3" sheets of insulation and to use white in the final layer of roofing (of which there are 3!!). We would have never thought of it so it was nice to be heard. The work was done flawlessly. Crew cleaned and stacked materials every night and gave us daily updates. They even went above and beyond by covering an old vent no longer used and replacing the furnace vent cap which was damaged. These 2 items were NOT on the flat roof but on the peaked roof. When laying the roof, they removed 3 rows of shingles from adjoining roofs so they could put roofing under the shingles providing excellent flow for water with no seams or joints to cause future problems. I had a couple areas of my roof that were leaking so I contacted Berry Roofing. They were able to schedule an appointment to come out to look at the roof that same week. The tech was well-prepared, kind, and very professional, he spent time showing me all the different options available. Once we set the scope of work, they were able to come out to complete the repair job within 3 weeks, which worked great for me. The two foremen who came the day of the repair were so great. They were extremely professional and communicative throughout the day. They kept updating me and showing me the work along the way. And they completed all the repair work in ONE DAY! I was very impressed, especially since it involved moving and resetting my solar panels. Afterwards, I needed some paperwork for the insurance and the office staff made sure I got what I needed. They came out for an estimate, they were my second, and the technician (sorry I don’t remember your name) told me it was not likely my roof but the bathroom above the water spot. Berry roofing was absolutely great from our Sales rep Ryan to office staff Kim, Elizabeth, and Project manager Jeff. One thing none of the other contractors told if my solar panel were removed by anyone other than my Solar company it would void my warranty on our system. Berry was on time did everything they said they would do. And a 10 year warranty on the repair.

I went with berry roofing for my leak repair on my roof where the solar panel was located. They handle both roofing and solar so it just made more sense to go this route. They're definitely not the cheapest quote around but after reading their reviews online and seeing how they did their initial quoting by making a video walk through of the repair, I was sold. Very thorough inspection and detail of work was shown to me. They came as scheduled and finished it as scheduled. Very happy with the end result.

No one wants to get a new roof but if you have to I highly recommend Berry Roofing. They had a competitive cost with the highest quality material. They communicated well and were always there when they said they would be. I got a completely new roof and some rain gutters. It looks great and has a great warranty so I know it will last.

Installed new roof then tore off 4 skylights on garage roof. Later promised via email to replace the skylights. Never happened. I asked the cost of such a job and they told me $6,000. I declined, deciding to take the hit. This still feels bad, as we are worse off now than when we started. The old/reinstalled skylights have cracks all over them! Avoid at all costs.

After calling the closest roofing contractor and getting stood up, I called the top rated Google suggestion, which happened to be Berry Roofing. They showed up to give me a quote and gave me all the info about what was causing the leak and why previous attempts had failed and then they came back and fixed it.
