The entire process beginning to end was excellent. Eli's salesmanship and window demonstration was a no pressure experience. Honestly the windows sold themselves. An excellent product. Installation was great too. Jon and his crew had everything done( 5 windows/1 slider) in about 5 1/2 hours. Cost was about half of what I had expected to pay.

I worked with Eli to come up with the right window package for us. We had 7 windows installed with a half a day to install. Job went as planned and scheduled. I had 3 quotes for the job and, although CSC was not the lowest, I found that CSC provided an ideal product with their professional personal service. Very pleased with the product and would recommend having CSC come quote your job.

Has their salespeople disregard homeowner's No Soliciting sign. I asked the salesman 1st if they're Soliciting. They said yes. I said do you see the sign? He said yes but his boss makes them hit every home. Total disregard for people wishes. If they don't listen to a simple sign then what else will they not listen to? What other other corners will they skip to make an extra buck? 615pm on a Tuesday right in the middle of dinner.

This is our second time hiring California Showcase Construction. The first time, we hired them to replace half of the windows in the house including a slider. Not only did we get a great financing deal, but the windows came with a lifetime double warranty (ours for life, but we can pass it on to new owners for life if we ever need to sell).Once the windows (custom made) arrive, it takes them one day—yes, one—to install everything. They clean up after themselves too. It’s amazing. The labor crew is efficient, hardworking and friendly.Eli was great walking us through the next round of installation and construction. It’s nice to finally have plans to make the whole house more energy efficient.To that end, regardless of how hot it is outside, and the IE gets HOT, the windows stay cool which makes our AC run more efficiently. Outside noise is almost completely diminished and the dust is so much less (and we live in one of the dustiest communities in So Cal).I’m so happy with the service, the quality, and the price. We were in the market for residential replacement windows and this company was recommend to us. I spoke with the owner Brian, who dispatched sales person Jamie C, to our residence. Jamie went over the product with us while waiting on Brian. Upon Brian's arrival, he took measurements of the selected windows, approximately 15 to 16 windows, which is approximately half of our residence window count. At the conclusion of Jamie's sells pitch, I noticed that he, nor Brian, supplied us with an itemized detailed list outlining the measurements and prices for each window. I thought that was strange at best because the other companies that came out gave us estimates! When I questioned it, Jamie said that was something their company doesn't do. I was presented with the price, and Jamie said the price was for today only and if we didn't sign today, the price would change by the thousands. Once I told him I wasn't going to move forward, that I needed time to research the company and the product, everything went down hill from there. When they expected to make thousands off of us, they appeared to be the ultimate professionals. Once I stated we needed time to do our research, Brian stop taking our phone calls. I ended up calling the window manufacture, in Clovis, CA to get my questions answered about the product.High pressure sales tactics and being all about the $$$$, equals poor customer relations.

First of all I got lied to. Second my original patio is way better than the one they installed, the salesman Ken convinced my wife of this beautiful covered patio and the quality is cheap, I'm afraid to lean on it. It's flimsy and hollow but there's also multiple leaks and the company is ignoring the loose flimsy parts and the leaks. It's shameful for the salesman to convince my wife the quality of this new patio when knowing that our existing patio is 10x times better. California showcase has not been committed to their promise of building the patio and doing a good job. There's issues that require fixing and they are ignoring my concerns. I've even contacted the loan company to reach out to California showcase. If they can't fix it and build the first time what am I going to do in the future with my warranty. I got a second opinion from an independent contractor and I was told I got overcharged at least $5,000 more than what the patio is worth. The salesman Ken is not honest and fed us a bunch of lies of how they do business. He is very convincing of how they do business the right way with morals. He even said that his boss/owner would pay for the project, lies! They just find a loan company and some guy to come and build it. Find a reputable professional and cut all the middle men. California showcase is just selling you a project with poor quality and no commitment on their service.

Elio was a fantastic salesman. Very informative, friendly and good. However, the companies communication could use some work. They called me a day earlier than my install date which would have been fine but my mother was going to stay with us a few days since she had a major surgery and her first day was that day. Also I needed to figure out last second boarding situation for my dog and cat since the house was going to be open due to the windows being removed and people moving in and out. Also waited on a few call backs after install and had to call them back instead. Other than that, the owner, Elio, installers, and the windows are 5* but the communication is about a 2.5* considering the accommodations we had to make last minute especially since my mother needed to be bed ridden for that day.Service: Window installation

We just had a sliding glass door replaced today. I watched the entire process and was truly amazed at the team at work. Everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing and when. Everything went smoothly and the door is amazing! I'm really impressed with the quality of the product and the safety features. Very dishonest company, this company undercut there competition; I already signed and was waiting on an alumiwood patio cover with another company when Ken came along and blew me away with a price I couldn't refuse approximately 9,000.00 cheaper. I felt at the time something is wrong with this but Ken reassured me with a written contract!! If course I signed and I waited. About 2-3 weeks later I received a call stating there is no way we can do the patio at the price given, they stated there were brackets and more material to complete my job. The price went up 3,900.00, but wait there's more. After deciding to stick with this company, because we all know there is a long wait and remember I already was waiting with a different company before Ken came along. I adjusted the job to absorb some of the extra cost. I was handed off to Angela who told me there is no way they could do my job at the price written on the signed contract. I'm my opinion this company is the reason why there are government regulations!! BBB etc. Be careful to do business with California showcase.

Elio Rivera was more than professional from the start! Gave a great presentation of the product, explained everything in detail and was involved from the beginning of the process to the end of installation. Dude was flat out awesome! Would definitely recommend Elio and Anlin Windows to any family and friends moving forward. It was 99 degrees today’s and I didn’t have to turn my AC until until about 1pm, that’s how good these windows insulate your house. Before my full home window installation my daughters window would heat up so bad by 10am she couldn’t be in her room. Now she sleeps in on a hot day as literally no heat gets through ther windows! I called to see if they do solar panels. And as usual got an up front open answer from them. No lies or misdirect just good oldbfashion honesty. They stopped doing solar in the city of Riverside because there are to many hoops to jump through with Riverside Public Utilities and getting permits. Thank you for the great information. I spoke with Marissa this morning. She has called us a couple of times to give us an estimate on our windows. She not only is professional and courteous, but she displays honesty and integrity that is so rare these days. I explained that we had already replaced several of our windows through a local company. She said that California Showcase would not be able to match our existing windows and recommended we stay with our existing company to match the windows for the aesthetic value of our home. We signed a contract with this company in April, they told us our patio cover would be installed in June. June came by, then they said July, then in July they said August. By August, they just blame someone else (someone's mom was sick, someone had covid) and then admitted that they dropped the ball! Please neighbors dont use this company. They're not trustworthy at all. We used them to install solar panels on our house and they sold us on lifetime warranties for installation and solar panels. Our roof started leaking after a raining season. I called them to come look at our roof leak for repairs. They said they arent liable for the roof leaks because our home inspection report noted that there could be issues with the roof. We already been living in the house for over 10 years. No one would remember that so they would not honor their warranty. They didnt do a roof inspection prior to installing the solar panels. Their only focus is taking your money. Please be careful and dont use these scammers.

I am so excited to have engaged Calif Showcase Construction to replace the Windows/doors and Central a/c in my town home in Diamond Bar. The reason I am going forward is due to the outstanding professional and technical expertise of their estimator Joe Boyden. He arrived on time at 12noon and I told him I have been researching energy upgrades for Windows and wanted to replace my 30 year old inefficient but working forced air heating unit. I really put Joe through the paces asking about SEER energy ratings, and advantages of vinyl versus wood or aluminum Windows, building permit process, ANLIN specifications and modifications, etc. He was thorough, patient, and went up and down my 3 stories inside and out as I got real technical in my questions. He was never high pressure and addressed each one of my concerns. I knew the company has high ratings from online reviews but Joe convinced me of the high quality and diligence my job would receive. I had told him I was going to get another estimate - but as he was getting ready to leave I cancelled the next appointment and asked him if they would do the job! He came back in and efficiently walked me through the disclosure process - called the HERO program and facilitated the authorization online. I really want to compliment Joe's knowledge and low key manner - he is a great asset to California Showcase Construction and the reason I am getting this beautiful and green upgrade to my home. Every question I asked was answered honestly quickly with I.s doted and T.s crossed.
