The guys made sure everything was installed properly, looked good, cleared doors and gates so I could get my trash cans out, and even took the time to paint the conduit to make it match my house color. They cleaned everything up, were polite, friendly, and didn’t break a tile! All around, I was very impressed by the work done by the Guyou Construction Inc. team.

As a senior on a fixed income and a strict budget I decided to try solar panels to offset summer cooling expenses. I was however concerned about possible damage to my home and possibly shoddy work. All concerns from rumors that you sometimes hear. My concerns were un founded.My solar panels have been on now for over a year. They are placed where they get the most sun and I have not had any issues since the placement. The installers were very patient with this skeptic and kept me apprised of every step until they were completely installed. Guyou did a commendablejob with the installation of our solar panels but have completely disappeared when it to after sales service. They have been non-responsive to repeated messages I’ve left for both their salesperson Roland and their technician over the past 3 weeks regarding extraordinarily high SCE bills we’ve received recently.My once favorable opinion of this company unfortunately has changed.

There was an issue with verification of one of the contractors of my install! I was lucky enough to Heidy Pouchie. My Dad died from Covid and I was recovering from it! Besides that I had to send my Dad to the East Coast for burial! Needless to say I was in no mood for the multiple emails and request relating to solar panels.I was not the nicest person during all that!! However, Heidy was patient, knowledgeable and supportive of me as I maneuvered thru all the things involved with burying a parent. They did it quickly, scheduled and minimize the power outage we would have, cleaned up after themselves beautifully and followed up a year later, to make sure everything was going well. And when we told them we were having issues with SunRun, LeRoy reached out to SunRun and his team at Guyou to see if they could help. Fingers crossed on that SunRun issue but very pleased with Guyou!

Wow! What a smooth and neat installation of our Solar system. I am very happy the way the whole process went with the installers. They were on time, thorough, neat and checked with me during and after the installation for my approval. They installed smoke alarms in each of our bedrooms which was a nice plus. They also showed me the emergency shut off switched for the equipment. This crew was very considerate and valued our property as much as my wife and I do and that is a big deal to me. I would highly recommend Guyou Construction for any other projects.

Guyou Construction installed our solar system a few weeks ago and everything went as smooth as one would hope. The team was great, friendly, knowledgeable and were flexible in working through some unexpected issues on our end. I didn’t realize just how good it was until we heard from a neighbor who was also getting solar installed through a different company. The other company couldn’t answer basic questions. We were very happy with our service! We just passed inspection and hope to use the system shortly. Recommend going through this team.

The employees that came to the house were all professionals and did a great job. Once the city approved the plans, Guyou staff members were able to get the solar installed in one day. The installation of our solar panels was completed in two days and the installers were efficient and courteous — with a thorough explanation of what was done at the end of each stage. The area was left clean and free of any leftover wires or parts and debris. They also gave us our leftover roof tiles. The panels look great!
