Where to start with this review. Imagine buying a new home and having a negligent contractor flood your house! That’s what happen to us! As a new home owner it’s hard to figure out what to do and who to turn to for help. Lucky for enough for me I got into contract with imagine restore! Not only did they come out quickly to help mitigate water damage but they also helped us along with the other steps to get my house back on track. They worked directly with the Insurance company to get me the most money possible to fix my house. Trust me when dealing with insurance it’s nice to have professionals on your side! After they received the insurance money they got to work immediately restoring my house the way we wanted. I honestly can’t believe how nice our place came out after they were finished with everything! Almost night and day difference! If you take anything away from this review it’s this. Manny and his staff are so professional! All the workers were really polite and accommodated my work schedule.The final product is beautiful! They did mold remediation and new drywall, paint, and moldings as well as a new shower, vanity and toilet in a bathroom. The price was reasonable and they worked with me to do exactly what I wanted and did not press me to do more work than was necessary. Manny was outstanding! We were beside ourselves with the possible water damage to our new flooring and some interior walls. Manny let us know ahead of time the best and worst case scenarios in removing the water that came from a leaking valve behind the refrigerator. He took care not to disturb what was covered for protection and items set aside out of the way. He started with the less intrusive solution to our water damage which was drying out the flooring and walls with dehumidifiers and fans. It worked! Three days later we were dry. Set up was quick and removing the equipment went smoothly. We are so grateful to Manny and his Senior Technician for the positive outcome. Just DON'T do it. It's good, until it's not. Manny doesn't keep his word especially after you pay him. If he promises to do something don't hold your breath, it won't happen and he won't communicate with you. You'll have to reach out to him only for him to give you attitude and ghost you. I still have a section of my ceiling that wasn't painted correctly. He obviously doesn't care. I'm also not using a shower he told me not to use over 6 months ago due to a shower he said he would have fixed with the money provided. Now he's saying the shower was going to be fixed as a "courtesy". That's interesting as I paid for the dryers that blew in my house for several days due to a leak from that shower. Courtesy or not, if I'm not using a shower because you told me to wait until you fix it only to never do it, that's an issue. To date, the shower is still not fixed and he basically said oh well I was just going to do it as a courtesy. Got his $14,000 and became a different person. A ghost. Just avoid him.

Called my insurance for guidance and was told to call a mitigation company.Came across Imagine Restore through Google searchPut my trust into this person Manny who came within two hours.He had a plumber replace a burst pipe, assessed the damage and had a plan in place.He left that evening with fans blowing to dry up my living room floor and bathroom.Manny also made sure that he would be present once the insurance adjuster came to look at the damage.This was the key, because Manny pointed out damages that was overlooked by myself and the adjuster.As soon as approval was granted, Manny’s team sprung into action.
