As a result of fire damage, my insurance called Restoration Management…. I received a call from them and they started planning the job and was on site within a few hours! Boarded up the damahged windows and returned the next day to start clean up and power washed down the house!Great service friendly workers. Made a bad experience less stressful. I used Restoration Management Company for an asbestos abatement in my residential building.First off, let me say that Guillermo Flores went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. I hired another environmental company for abatement and they did an okay job but left a mess for me to clean up. I won't get into the details, but somehow, asbestos containing materials were flying down my A/C vents when the job was finished. Turns out there was overspray in the vents but it made no sense on how it came down, especially how much that came down.Guillermo and his crew, Gerardo Flores (field supervisor), Gerardo Flores Jr and Sabad Martinez (field techs) came in and explained how they found ACM all around the corners of my home as well. I inquired about the removal of my register boots and ducts and they gave me a competitive price but also included the cleanup of the previous environmental's work as a favor.They came in, setup a containment that seemed cleaner than the previous environmental company, removed the excess asbestos containing material in the acoustic ceiling/corners of the house, and removed the ducts+boots of my A/C all in one day.I was skeptical of timing since I thought one days of work was too quick and when jobs are done quick, there seems to be lesser quality of work.However, I can say that their quality of work and care for the house was impressive. They are professionals and keep you updated throughout the entire process with videos and pictures.I would recommend Guillermo and his crew for future jobs.
