The staff did their job, but never policed the work site. Nails left in unit driveways, screws left on stairwells for residents and pets to step on causing infection and serious injury. Why not dedicate a crew to clear post- work debris. Again, another example of business assuming power over the customer. Fight back, include clauses in your contracts. Make them ACCOUNTABLE, like integral businesses should be.
