I had a leak coming from roof into living room, I called ServPro and they were at my house within the hour. The inspector was professional and very knowledgeable. She explained the process and she thoroughly inspected all the areas affected. I also had a great experience with the customer service representative who took the call and scheduled my appt promptly. I had a flood at my home and had to leave for two months to a hotel with my two children which was upsetting and inconvenient. Servpro was very prompt and courteous. They did all of the drying work in my house and also packed and stored my belongings and then brought them back and unpacked everything for us. Sara and Danilo were very kind and caring throughout the entire process.
