Updated review: Amending this review to reflect the great customer service I received after. Ben reached out personally and offered to have his team take a second look. His field supervisor came the next day to reinspect the roof and trouble areas, and showed me the corrections they had made. Thank you.—————————Do not waste your money. I’m so disappointed because I trusted them to do good work. Had a few tiles replaced by them. Turns out, they were cut improperly but just placed in anyways. I’m sure they thought this dumb homeowner would never notice anyways and just keep calling back when the water starts leaking through right? Unbelievable.

proper roof repair is expensive. Don't be turned off to it. get it done properly. these guys did an awesome job on my roof repairing the root cause of two major leaks after 25 years since this house was built. The paper and wood anchors were rotten. they replaced them with new paper and plastic water flow pieces, new valleys, and new copper caps. no more leaks!

Roof Recovery was amazing to work with! I had a leak in my tile roof that caused interior damage. Needless to say I was highly concerned. Scott came out and did a thorough inspection he was honest, experienced, and very friendly. He provided me with multiple repair and maintenance options at an affordable rate! We needed a leak fixed for our home built in the 80’s. There were so many layers of roof from the previous owners, and the rest of the roof was due for replacement; we also had solar panels which complicated the process.Alex explained the process to us clearly, made sure we knew all our options, and what to expect as far as time line for completion of the project and all the steps that had to be completed. He provided a quote at the initial appointment after getting on our roof to assess it. Alex was thorough and punctual in answering any questions we had along the way.The work was done to our satisfaction, exactly as we had agreed upon. And the company as a whole communicated well and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with everything!Roof replacement isn’t cheap, so we wanted to make sure we got everything done right, in a way that would last as long as possible. We wholeheartedly recommend Alex and Roof Recovery!

We contacted Roof Recovery after we discovered a leak in our small garage. Scott came out to assess the damage and discovered others areas of concern. We were scheduled about 2 weeks later and in the meantime the area was wrapped to prevent further damage. It took about a week to finish the project and Scott was in touch with me every step and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Pictures were taken with both before and after ( which he labeled for me so I knew exactly where and what was done). The whole process was smooth. I would definitely recommend them with complete confidence and peace of mind.

What a great job Jordan from Roof Recovery did on my roof. He came out to see that some roof maintenance was required and provided an initial quote. After working with me, we were able to come to a firm quote, though, due to how busy the season is, he estimated 15-20 days before they can do the work. After numerous updates, he was able to lock me for someone to come out in 3 days. Miguel came out on a Tuesday, and did a solid job firming up the roof and providing me updates every time I came out to talk to him.Overall, great job by the Roof Recovery team. Constant updates, and solid work!

Recently worked with Alex at Roof Recovery to replace our roof. It was a very smooth and hassle free experience. Also awesome knowing I have a warranty directly registered through the manufacture. They did an amazing job and my roof looks great. I had a couple of other cheaper quotes, but nobody provided the value and quality that Roof Recovery did. I am very satisfied with the service they have provided and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I had multiple leaks in my roof and multiple companies attempt to fix it. Roof recovery was the only company to provide a permanent solution instead a temporary fix like other companies. And for a great price and great warranty. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend roof recovery. Very happy with finished product and service from start to finish.

Jordan came to estimate our roof repair and he exceeded our exceptions by providing an in-depth inspection and a superbly detailed estimate with (60+ pictures and videos) of the entire roof system. He is one of the best people I have ever met in the roofing industry. He obviously works for a great company and must be supported by managers who are also great. We decided to hold of on the repair for completely unrelated reasons but when I informed him, he was very professional and tucked our file away for the future. We have full intent on working with them going forward, just needed the timing to be right. They are an outstanding company and Jordan is your best roof estimators. BTW, I have had repaired the same failing roof 3+ times already with other companies so my review is based on personal experience and professional exceptions of being a business owner for 23+ years. I wish Jordan the best and his company continued success!

Alex was great, gave an honest assessment of my roof. He explained what needed to be fixed and offered other services that could prolong the live of the roof. Went with a tun-up. Was scheduled for 2 months out. They came a month early and finished in 3 days. Work and cleanup was done and am very happy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Roof Recovery is an appropriate name! These folks are honest and hard working! Andrew who handled the estimates was on time and on budget. And Marissa runs the front office flawlessly even though they are super busy. They remediate problem areas of the roof for storm damage in 2023 & 2024 - and the repairs from 23 (insurance remediation) held up extremely well with the storms in 24. Roof Recovery should be your Goto Company if you need repairs fast without replacing the whole roof. They have my full confidence.

While we were told repairs would likely occur earlier, they did arrive on their target date provided. They showed up on time, and completed the work. After a huge storm, I could hear a vent squeaking, they came out and glued it down for not cost. Repairs were made to critical areas of the house where intrusion occurred. Got contacted by their quality control person to keep me informed of progress. They took photos, but I also sent up a drone to look. Very solid company, very solid work. I would highly recommend.
