First impression, Derrick was excellent to work with as a first time homebuyer. He was dedicated and had open communication every step of the way. Not only that, he had brought a truck full of tools and equipment, and was very respectful of the home to which I am buying: even to the point of wearing boot covers inside the property to not leave tracks.Derrick even scheduled a second day to inspect the home when weather conditions would not allow him safely up on the roof (Usually he would be done the same day). But came back the next morning in sunny weather, and I received a thorough inspection report as soon as he was done.Needless to say, this home inspection has left me confident in the decision to purchase my home. Derrick was very prompt in returning my initial phone call and took time on the phone to answer questions and set up an appointment for my inspection as soon as possible. He was friendly, efficient and willing to go the extra mile in determining how serious the mold issue was in the rental I have.He immediately wrote and sent the lab reports in to inform me what would be needed in order to do the remediation that was necessary. He made himself available by phone since this issue ended up needing his expertise with more than just an inspection I will be ended up having more of the property inspected again and forsure he will be right there to do the job.
