They got the job done in a timely manner that took 3 days and we were so impressed with the outcome and just in time because the following day it rained. I highly recommend Alex Perez Roofing.After the wind storms we had earlier this year we discovered that our roof was beyond repair and we needed a completely new roof. We did research and had several companies come out and give estimates. I found Alex Perez roofing here on Google. My husband spoke to Alex over the phone and shared with me that he was super responsive and reached out right after he had submitted a request for a call. My husband setup the estimate day with Alex and everything went smoothly.Since l was working the day of the actual estimate we requested to meet with Alex a second time to ask him some additional questions before signing the contract.I asked him A LOT of questions that he answered without hesitation! He knows exactly what he is doing and you can tell he is fully committed and passionate about his business. Making sure he doesn’t leave any questions in answered for us. After meeting with him we felt confident he was the company we would go with. His passion and enthusiasm over his company is honestly why we chose his company. Other companies felt like just another person requesting an estimate. Alex made us feel as if we were his number one priority and that was what sold us. (He kept this attitude through the entire process by the way. )He set up the details with his team and due to weather we had to reschedule, however he communicated the entire time with my husband. His team showed up on the dot of time he quoted us. They were respectful and professional the entire time while on my property. I was very happy with the way they would let us know when they arrived and were done for the day. The job was done after three days as promised. Alex informed us of some things that he felt he needed to bring to our attention as the homeowners and l found that very professional and showed us that he truly works with integrity. That reassured we had made the right decision. Our new roof looks great and we are very pleased to have done business with this company. We could not have chose a better company to replace our roof and gutters than Alex Perez! He did not try to upsell or overcharge us at any time and his work was not overpriced at all. Alex was always in constant communication through the whole process which gave us so much peace of mind. His knowledge, kindness, hardworking attitude and respect went above and beyond our expectations. His team was fast and efficient and produced nothing but the best quality of work. He went above and beyond for us especially being in the military and away from our home, constantly providing pictures, phone calls and texts. He gave us the triple layered shingles, black 7” gutters with gutter guards, ridge vent, and new flashing and outlet vents. I have no doubts that this roof and his teams workmanship will withstand the rains and wind storms to come. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone and going back to him for future needs. Integrity, follow-through, communication and quality. We had a nightmare leak in our new-to-us house with a 40 year old tile roof in Auburn. Alex and his crew were out very shortly and figured out what the issue was, educated us on what maintenance these tile roofs need, and was able to fix a few areas very quickly. No high-pressure "hey, you need a whole new roof". Couldn't be happier with the outcome. 10/10 would recommend.

Alex Perez and his team were an excellent choice for my roof replacement! I had several estimates that ranged from low-ball to ridiculous, with a lot of open-ended work that could easily inflate the cost. Alex gave me a confident and realistic estimate answering any questions I had. The next day, he had a crew over to cover areas of the roof where storm damage had caused leaking, and rain was in the forecast. Replacement days (2 ) the crew arrived promptly, working efficiently in a well-practiced team effort. Super friendly and incredibly efficient. I had a leak somewhere under a roof installed AC unit as well as some dry rot along my eves. They had the work done quickly and so well I couldn't believe it would have been possible. Couple days of heavy rain later and all is dry and in great shape. I'm recommending them to everyone I know looking to get roof work done.

We love our new roof. Alex was professional from the beginning. He was the only roofer we'd gotten a quote from who sat down with us and showed us samples and went over details just for the free estimate. Alex Perez Roofing has done a lot of the roofs in our neighborhood, and a neighbor recommended him, so we felt happy knowing others had good experiences with the same steep pitched roofs. The crew were respectful, clean, and you could tell they care about doing a great job. I will say that APR was the highest quote we had gotten, however, APR gives you upfront costs to include dry rot and they give you a bottom line number right up front. We knew we were paying for quality. Very happy with APR.

Alex Perez Roofing just finished our roof install & we are soo pleased with their work! All the workers were courteous & very hard workers. They worked quickly but did a fantastic job. We looked around each day as the job progressed and made note a small issues, but never had to discuss them as the guys took care of everything! New wood on eaves as needed, dryrot repaired on chimney siding, new flashing & even an extra layer of flashing above skylights to divert the water. They cleaned up the job site beautifully as well. We were impressed with their work & highly recommend this company.

Im very happy that I had contacted and hired Alex Perez Roofing. Alex and his crew are very friendly and professional. Compare to the other roofing companies I contacted, Alex had the most affordable quote and the willingness to start and end the project the soonest. They were flexible and completed the work on time. They completed the entire roof and an addition-living room flat roof in less then three days! Where to begin……from the start I knew that these guys were special. Their communication was top notch. Any questions I had during the quote process were quickly handled by Nathan (sales rep) who was extremely attentive and prompt. The ease of keeping in touch with Alex (owner) during the job made me feel confident that my needs were being met.I wanted a completely new roof and was told I had 3 layers of shingles including a layer of old wood shake. After I chose APR it was a breeze to get the work scheduled. Johnny (production manager) was swift in helping me make a choice for a roof color. Jeff (project manager) was great at keeping the job details nice and tidy.The work was done over 2 days on April 19th and 20th The demo crew was fast as lightning and very attentive on cleanup. The rain was threatening for the 21st so the roofers hustled on day 2 and absolutely crushed it. Isidro and his roofing crew (Fidel,Geo and Enrique) were respectful and thorough. They had great chemistry and it was easy to tell that these guys have been doing this as a team for awhile.I’ve included a few of pictures of before, during and after the job. The brown was my old roof. I had ridge vents installed with low profile vents to maximize airflow through my attic. The color I chose was the Georgetown Grey. This was an absolute 5 star experience. I am very picky so I looked on Yelp. I found Alex Perez Roofing with the best reviews. My insurance was willing to replace my roof due to the horrible wind damage throughout the year's. Alex responded right away even though I didn't have a leak and I could have waited. He was very attentive, professional and very friendly. Great customer service! Alex worked with me to provide me with a roof certification that I needed for a VA loan. I needed some repairs, which he did in a very timely fashion and at a great cost. Fast forward a year later and I had a leak in my roof during a big storm. Alex came out rught away, honored the roof certification that he provided, and fixed the leak! In mid-March, during the height of all the wind and heavy rain storms, our roof leaked causing part of an interior wall and ceiling to fall.I called over a dozen roofers to assess if roof could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. Alex was not only the first to reply but only one other company responded and it was two weeks later.Alex sent his staff to assess and give an estimate within 2 days. It was determined roof could be repaired and that all the gutters needed to be replaced.Due to all the damage by the storms, as well as continuing storms, repairs could not begin immediately. However, Alex made sure that to get tarps on the roof to prevent further damage.Throughout the whole process, Alex was very responsive and kept me informed at all times of the schedule. His staff were all very professional and very nice.The work is all finished and we’re very satisfied with the quality of the work and the products. Alex was great to work with. They provided a fair bid for the work. After getting 4 other bids I decided to go with Alex because I felt he understood the work that was needed and didn't recommend we replace our whole roof. During the repair, he found some of the materials he quoted didn't need to be replaced and took the money off the final bid. His crew was respectful and left my property clean when they were done. I recently called Alex Perez's roofing for a leaky roof in one of my rental properties. Someone was at my property just a few days later to perform an inspection and diagnose the problem. Unlike man other roofing companies I've dealt with in the past, Alex Perez roofing did NOT try to sell me a new roof; rather, they found some broken shingles on my roof and worked efficiently to replace the tiles. From the first time I spoke with Alex, he was professional, real, good guy, and modest. I had a very large tree fall in a storm and land on my roof. It did quite a bit of damage to the roof and our patio cover. He gave me an estimate and when i scheduled the roof repair, he told me it would take 4 days. Alex even took time out of his personal time in the evenings to answer questions and talk. The removal crew showed up first thing in the morning and had the roof and broken parts torn away and then his crew went to work with the repairs and install. His guys were quick, professional, funny and nice. I went to see how they were doing and was stunned at their progress. They completely finished and did an AMAZING job, in less than 2 days. I honestly couldn't believe that they finished when Alex told me. The roof looks absolutely incredible!!! His guys added extra ventilation across the ridge of the roof that helps our whole house fan work better. I absolutely would recommend Alex Perez and his guys to anyone that needs a roof. Best roofing experience I have had after three homes and three roof projects. Roof was installed November 2021. Alex and his team provided excellent service and do what they say they are going to do. Having worked with dozens of contractors, I was super impressed with how motivated him and his team were to gain my business and ultimately exceed my expectations. I have a fairly large roof on a 50's home and I was concerned with several issues: Dry rot, gutters, venting, etc. Alex and his team worked with me and provided a great roof tear off and install, gutters, plus 3 skylights and 2 solar tubes.
