Cobex was professional in every aspect. I can tell they have a system dialed down while maintaining genuineness and integrity. The samples were nice to go over in helping make our decision. Once we started they did great updating us on the progress while also addressing any potential challenges. We checked out two companies who had a BBB+ rating and a review rating by BBB over 110. I chose COBEX for several reasons. The representative was straight forward and already knew the square footage of the roof and gave a bid. He ask me if I was veteran, a senior and discounted the quote. I was impressed by the reasonable quote. Based on that I did not need to finance the job and pay cash. That reduced the bid. I also was impressed by the materials that were used. I highly recommend this company. They kept everything protected with tarps and cleaned area each day

We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our recent roof replacement. The people at Cobex were at all times professional, courteous, and thorough. From the meeting with the sales staff in the beginning, to the last day of final cleanup we found the experience to be exactly as promised in the beginning. Had some wind damage on my roof, and these guys just made the process so quick and easy and a great price as well. They were super quick to come look at it and have it all repaired before the next rain. Amazing job. Great communication, great service, quality work and very professional. Sure I found a guy that gave me a cheaper price, but the "cheaper" guy could not give me his company name or license information. These guys are very organized and quick. Worth the extra few hundred.

I had roof leaks occurring in my property and they were able to mitigate the damages, repair the leaks, and with my roof being 25 years old, they also took care of the removal and installation of my new roof very quickly thereafter. Great company overall. Took a little more time due to needing some extra roofing work, but glad they did it. All the inspector found was a handful of roofing nails that got missed on the cleanup. Roof looks great!

I'm only giving 2 stars because of their sales rep Alex who was the only reason I stayed with this company. I had a new roof installed and looks great but I have already had a problem and never got a call back. See how far that 50 year warranty gets me? The communication through out the process was horrible, too many cooks in the kitchen, I did not know who to go to. After many miss communications and damage to my house the roof finally got finished. I love the roof but not a fan of this company

The roof looks good, but the customer service was HORRIBLE! It took 4 months with no communication. Never returned calls, never knew what was going on. Workers left door open and my indoor cat escaped. They did nothing, not even an apology. Still do not have my inspection permit, now they won't even return calls. Find someone else. They are a dime a dozen. Don't waste your time with Cobex.

Cobex construction did a wonderful job of removing my old, rotted roof and wood sheeting and replaced those that needed to be along with the facia boards needing replacement. I choose the Cool Roof in a color complementing my house and it was installed professionally while addressing any concerns or questions right away. They are professional, honest, dependable, and I am a very pleased customer.

We used Cobex to re-do our roof, windows and siding. After getting several bids on all 3 projects, we felt Cobex's bid was reasonably priced, thorough and they were clearly experts. Throughout the project, Cobex was excellent at communicating with us (Yuriy was the project manager and he was GREAT), the work they did was quality work and they finished within the timeframe they promised. It did take a while to come back to do the minor final things, so I would recommend not sending the last payment until the project is completely finished, but that wasn't a big deal. A month after the project was finished, we thought there was an issue with a window. We reached out to Cobex and had an appointment for someone to come look at the issue within a couple hours. It turns out, there wasn't a problem, but it was reassuring to know they stand behind their work even when the project is complete and all money has been paid.

I highly recommend Cobex for your roof replacement and specifically I recommend working with Mickey B.We had wind damage to our 21 year old roof and filed an initial claim with our insurance. The insurance adjuster wanted to just patch a couple dozen shingles rather than replace everything which was what clearly needed to be done. In fact their estimate wasn't even enough to get past our deductible. We knew we needed a whole roof replacement no matter what so we got several quotes for the job from different companies and decided to replace the whole roof.Initially we were going with a different company primarily based on them giving a quote that was a few thousand dollars cheaper. However, after some less than professional dealings with the first company and their unwillingness to work on our behalf in any way to help with the insurance claim, it became clear why they were cheaper and I suspected would end up costing more in the end as they kept trying to sneak in other "necessary" charges.As for Cobex; Mickey had given the initial quote to my wife and had made a very strong impression. Based on his professionalism, how upfront he was with everything, how willing he was to provide more details and answer any questions that came up, we decided to revisit his quote. He also made it clear that they have a strong process for working with insurance companies and providing what they need to meet their claim requirements. Based on the initial impression with my wife as well as followup interactions we both had, we ultimately decided that this is who we wanted to do business with.While in reality, it was Mickey that initially won us over; Cobex's clear breakdown of the job, upfront pricing and communication made it easy to work with them. As the job moved forward, Mickey stayed in constant communication with us and worked with our insurance to provide them with samples, photos and analysis of why our roof could not just be patched and instead needed to be completely replaced. Cobex was easy to work with and always easy to get ahold of.In the end, we were happy to work with Mickey and Cobex whether we got anything from our insurance or not. The job was finished when promised, the work was done very professionally and all our dealings with Cobex were great. Even 2 months after the job was completed, Mickey was still following up with some final things with our insurance which blew me away. And...the insurance was ultimately convinced of the need to fully replace the roof and paid for a complete roof replacement. We were happy with our experience either way, but of course that takes it over the top when someone works that hard for you even when the job was already done. If I could give more than 5★s I would.

My roof was overdue for repair and after the heavy rains last winter replacement was essential. Cobex team was excellent and performance was expert, on time, and thorough. Staff were friendly, considerate, and efficient. Pricing was fair and I highly recommend Cobex Construction Group.

I regret hiring Cobex to install a new roof on my house. They took five months to begin work and took twice as long as expected to complete. We asked the sales crew for custom skylights and to repair dry rot on the architectural details of the house. None of these details were passed to the construction crew and during construction, we were told the custom skylights would not be covered under warranty. It also became apparent that they did not have the expertise to handle the carpentry work for the dry rot repair. I had to manage the project daily to direct the repair work and point out corrections. In the end, we didn't get the skylights we agreed to and the dry rot repair and detail work was subpar. They missed areas of dry rot and used inferior wood. Also, Cobex did not tarp the roof before a predicted rain storm and damage was done to the interior ceiling, walls, furniture and carpet. Five other homes they were working on were also affected. I hired another contractor and did work myself to make repairs they missed since I did not trust Cobex's workmanship. We were given a discount but that did not cover the cost of additional repairs and rainwater damage.

Wasn't the cheapest, but I felt I got good value of my money spent. Everyone, from initial salesman, foremen, workers and front office, were extremely polite and professional. Workmanship was top notch. I was very satisfied with the work (new roof and dormer siding/trim/paint) and I will advise friends and acquaintances to reach out to Cobex for services needed!

My experience with Cobex is a mixed one. Intial introductions went well, the representative from Cobex that came out to perform the inspection and estimate was nice and professional.Once the job was agreed upon the work was suppose to start within 6-8 weeks. During that period I felt Cobex dropped the ball in regards to updating me when the job my begin since the work was delayed due to weather. Not their fault but again communication is needed.Once the work began the everything seemed to be going smoothly until they removed my entire roof before letting me know there would be an additional $9,000 dollars in work needed due to missed items on the inspection/estimate. After going back and forth that $9,000 turned into $3,500 and we were able to continue.Once again everything was going smooth until coming home to see a cracked window in my kitchen. After speaking with the representative from Cobex they agreed to take care of the window they damaged.After everything was complete the new roof on my house does look amazing.Overall the experience was a little tiresome dealing with the back and forth but the quality of work was great. They definitely do quality work, just make sure they do a proper inspection/estimate before work begins.Service: Roof installation

I recently had Cobex install new windows and paint my house. It is from 1937, so it was in need of some love. I met with Chris, the sales rep, who was very helpful and informative to get the job going. The windows were installed faster than the original 2-day install estimate, which was fantastic. The paint, however, did take a little longer than expected. This was only due to them making sure they did the job right, since my older house took some TLC. They were thorough and did not miss one spot. Overall, the job turned out fantastic and I am very pleased with it.Service: General window replacement

I strongly advise that you do not use this company. Their employee Mason displayed racist attitude towards me. Mason has a racist agenda and refused to do the roofing estimate because he seen that the home owners were black. Do not support businesses like this.Aftet posting this review, Mason was able to obtain my contact information. He has been sending harassing text messages he is threatening to press charges after he was in the wrong. I do not understand why this busineses is this way. Definitely do not support this business.
