A big thank you and a well deserved positive review for Patio Perfections! We received a referral to them from our neighbors as we looked for a patio cover installer. We chose to install a louvered Apollo patio cover. From estimate, to design, install and finish, the process went smoothly. Each person we worked with was personable, knowledgeable and professional. We were engaged throughout the process. The install crew were excellent, worked hours on end with hardly a break, and at the end of a work day, put things neatly away and cleaned up meticulously. Everyone easy to work with, encouraging our input along the way. In particular, to their credit, and deserving of accolades is that less than 1 month after install an intense storm with winds of 50-60 mph lifted and blew off several louvers. I called them the next morning to report what happened and they were here and fixed it that afternoon! Excellent customer service!

We just had our patio installed and we are extremely satisfied with the results. Matt was able to come out for the initial estimate and he was very knowledgeable. He was also able to explain everything clearly and help with the design. We were also very impressed with Andy who came to install the patio. He was very professional and he did an excellent job. We are so very happy with our front porch awning that Matt and Lenny just installed for us. Its beautiful and my plants our happy and I'm happy. I've used Pacific Builders before and will never use them again. Patio Perfections are top notch. They cleaned everything up very nicely and we look forward to working with them again as long as we can have Matt and Lenny do the installing. Thank you Patio Perfections and Matt and Lenny. I would never recommend this company. Very poor custom service for a high end product. One excuse , then multiple excuses.We started on this patio cover a year ago, and still no installation, and responses you have to call for the status.We were told by our city permit that the hold up, was an expired business license, not the permit.We have wasted one full year!So how will they respond to any issues?Buyer beware.Update, the product is great but the process and lack of communication is an F.Something we can’t tolerate.So if you don’t mind bad process, the product was worth the wait.

Let me first begin by saying the 1 star rating has nothing to do with the quality of the work performed. The patio covering turned out great, and the guys that came to perform the installation were very professional.However, the salesperson, Tyrone, is without a doubt the biggest POS salesman I have ever met. The one star rating is entirely based upon the salesman, Tyrone, as he is VERY unprofessional and really makes the company look bad. In both incidents in which Tyrone made an error, he became defensive and insisted that he was not at fault. Tyrone's first error was not obtaining accurate measurements of our patio, as he was off by nearly two feet (instructions were to cover one end of the patio to the other. Not difficult instructions). Because of Tyrone's error, we had to stop during our installation to get ANOTHER quote, just to account for the additional two feet. A job that should've taken less than one week, was prolonged for almost a month.During signing of the contract, Tyrone also failed to mention that the customer has to pay for the ceiling fan out of pocket; this is CLEARLY something that should have been mentioned during signing of the contract as it incurs additional costs to the customer. After calling Tyrone to speak about the ceiling fan, he had the audacity to call me a liar and kept insisting that he was not at fault. In addition, he gave me the owner's phone number because he clearly didn't want to deal with the issue himself. Tyrone is NOT a professional by ANY stretch of the imagination.Fortunately, I spoke with Travis, the manager, and he took care of the issue. Travis was professional, courteous, and understanding; essentially, everything that Tyrone is not.If you're reading this review, and have reached this point, I would highly recommend Patio Perfections. However, I would also recommend avoiding Tyrone, as he is without a doubt the biggest POS salesman I have ever met. Furthermore, avoiding Tyrone will save you a lot of time and energy.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, extremely poor customer service. Matt Soper come out on 2/22/2014 to give us an estimate and Never returned called about our patio estimate. I called Patio Perfection 4x and each time they said he will call you the next day, he never did return phone calls or email.
