Prime Home Solutions is the outfit that we ultimately chose to provide and install our solar system. Their pricing was competitive and working with Brent, Adam and Darren made the entire process a breeze. From power consumption evaluation, system design, permitting, installation and after care, Prime Home Solutions provides excellent service. I appreciated the honesty and no pressure sales process to make sure that we got what we needed and wanted without being oversold. Even the change order process was easy when I requested an additional panel and upgraded monitoring. We purchased a system that’s a smidgen more than we need in anticipation of a future EV so we are set up for a plug and play addition. In the meantime, it’s been amazing to only have to pay minimum(non-bypass able) monthly utility connection charges and to get a substantial check yearly for sending excess production back to the grid. (Making the ROI even faster) Thanks Prime Home Solutions. When we are ready to add battery storage, I know who we are calling.

I interviewed at least 5 solar companies before deciding on Prime Home Solutions and their representative, Mike Del Vecchio. Mike was so informative and made the process go like clock-work. I was never high-pressured or mislead. I went with Prime Home Solutions just over a year ago and everything Mike advised me on, happened. I got the right amount of panels, have the exact monthly payment for the purchase of my panels, and my PG&E bill, most months, has been ZERO. Prior to my solar panels, my electric bill averaged $400 per month. Going solar and going with Prime Home Solutions was absolutely the right decision. Prime Solar Solution's Brent Baker sold me our solar system two years ago, after I interviewed three other companies. And, since I was considering the purchase of a future electric vehicle, Brent recommended that I install a charging system as part of the solar install. Their install team was effectively lead by Maurico. During the process of getting HOA approval, city permits, and PG&E acceptance, I had the pleasure of working with Bret, Yolanda, and Adam on the Prime Solar team. They are all "can do" people and made the installation and activation painless for us. Some of my friends and neighbors have used other providers, and have not had the same positive results that we had with Prime Solar. I highly recommend Prime Solar to everyone I know.

After receiving 2 years of high true-ups with our original solar system I decided it was time to add more panels. I was referred to Brent Baker with Prime Home Solutions and was totally satisfied from the first email to the last phone call after the solar was installed.Brent and his team were great to work with, including the installation team who kept me informed and made sure I was agreeable with every step they made. They were clean, efficient, and even took the initiative to clean out a gutter full of leaves!If you’re looking to add solar you can’t go wrong with Brent at Prime Home Solutions.Update:After 2 years of problem free solar, a small leak was discovered coming from under the installed solar. I left a message for Adam Weber who promptly returned my call and setup an appointment to take care of the leak. Emilio Garcia arrived at the scheduled time and was GREAT to work with. He promptly discovered the source of the leak and had it repaired in no time. Kudos to Emilio and his excellent customer service! Finding and keeping hard working people like Emilio is rare and Prime Home Solutions has a great team with people like Emilio that make having solar simple during and after the installation.

Solar is pretty confusing to figure out and not simple to competitively shop/price out.I had five different companies speak with me about their solar options and Prime Home Solutions was night and day, the best option. Best price and the most knowledgeable. Zero pressure or sales tactics. Installation was straightforward and went as expected.I just past my 1-year mark with the system and it was perfectly sized for my usage. My annual PG&E electricity costs were $24.49 for the 12-month YEAR. There was also the monthly "grid connectivity fee" of about $11 which you pay regardless of having a solar system or not.I worked with Brent. He was extremely knowledgable and experienced. He did not attempt to push me on any of the options he provided. He simply educated, listened, and answered my questions. He gave me lots of space and time to decide with no pressure.I would highly recommend speaking with Brett and Prime Home Solutions.Pros: Knowledgeable. Low pressure. Best pricing of the 5 companies we shopped. Smaller sized company so you're speaking with the same individuals each time who are familiar with your system/house.Cons: I didn't really have any red flags. Communicating back and forth required follow up once or twice. The process took time and was confusing, but Prime Solutions helped to add clarity and walk me through the project.

Kris Dysthe and Brent are stand up people. When I encountered issues they responded within minutes verbally provided reasonable time frames for physical resolution. If you are considering solar you should contact Kris and Brent before making any decisions. They stand by their work and are a pleasure to work with.

Great Company to Work With!I have dealt with other solar companies and have to say that Prime Home Solutions is the best! Everyone at Prime Home Solutions from Brent the CEO, to Bret the Operations Manager, to the team of installers deliver excellent customer service. They are honest, stand by their work, and answered all my questions and concerns. The installation process was so easy, there wasn't any of the "hard sell" sales pressure that I encountered with other solar companies, and they put the customer first. After they installed my solar panels, I have benefited from the savings I had hoped for on my energy bills. I would definitely recommend Prime Home Solutions to my friends and family!

Wright Haggerty of Prime Home Solutions is professional and highly knowledge. More importantly for me, Wright was patient, understanding, and always quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. It was reassuring to have his help and support, not just during the design and contract phase, but also throughout the entire installation and activation process. You can’t go wrong with Wright. By the way, if you have an older home, make sure you have a carbon monoxide detector. We didn’t so failed 1st inspection. Panels installed August 4th. Received SCE permission to operate (PTO) August 31st.

I am glad that Prime Home Solutions did good for some customers. Or maybe those were written by paid reviewers to make them look good. Here is my story. Signed contract mid October 2022, was reassured the project would be completed in 4-8 weeks. No updates unless I called to inquired and only get "in the process." Finally, got the panels installed in April after six months of waiting and another month to get PTO from PG&E. I would not recommend this company to anyone that want solars installed. If I can give them negative star(s) I would.

Most solar installers I had contacted either didn't want to work with me because of my roof (stone coated metal tiles) or came back with proposals that show they didn't understand my needs.So it was a breath of fresh air when Jeremy from Prime Home Solutions came out and not only addressed my concerns but took the time to learn what I was looking for and walk through the pros and cons of different scenarios.The proposal came in at a great price and Jeremy continued spend time working with me to refine some of the smaller design details. We were very impressed with our solar installation from Prime Home Solutions. From the time of the contract to installation and inspection took less than a month. We were adding panels to a small system that was on the house when we purchased it. I explained to our salesman Brad Stewart how we wanted the job to be done. He did his research and got back to me with the solution we wanted at a great price. After we signed, they called me with updates each step of the way. On the installation day, their crew showed up on time. They were very professional and completed the install in one day. Brad was also here during the installation. The inspection was the day after the install, and it passed inspection. I would definitely recommend working with Brad at Prime Home Solutions.

I've wanted to go solar for 15 years. From time to time, I would go to the home shows and talk to the various companies but the costs were too high and I never could get past the hyperbole and deceit.Recently, I became aware that utilities in California were going to change the formulas for charging electric customers for solar rooftops from NEM2 to NEM3. That change would be very unfavorable for the homeowner. So I talked to a number of solar installers. I reviewed prices and products with every installer I contacted. I had to go with a high-quality solar panel and inverter (that took some investigating) and then I had to assess whether the installer was exaggerating any facts or services.Prime Home Solutions was the winner in all categories. They confirmed what I already knew. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. They were flexible when I needed a change to the plan. During the process, everybody was available by phone. All my questions were answered. They were truly full service.Prime Home Solutions was not the cheapest installer. But they had a competitive and fair price compared to everybody else. I installed Q cell panels and a Solar Edge inverter. I am now online with PG&E and my electric costs will be level for the next 20 years. I expect my out-of-pocket costs for the solar installation to be returned to me within 6-8 years. I am a very satisfied customer.

We did our due diligence when we looked into getting solar. I’m a Realtor and I’ve read so many solar agreements and waited on hold with multiple companies during the home sale process trying to transfer leases etc so I went into the whole process knowing a bit more information and what I wanted and didnt want. we did not want to pay for the system outright, we did not want to have to pay the system off to sell our house (we wanted the system to be transferable to the next owner), we did want bird netting (birds tend to nest under the panels because they are warm and then cause stress on the roof etc), we wanted a smaller company so we didn’t have to wait in voicemail mail every time we had a question or needed something, we wanted a fair price and good monthly payment…. we got it all with prime home solutions. We worked with Jeremy on the sales side and still to this day (we’ve had the solar for almost a year now) I text him with my needs or questions and he either answers them directly or gets me to who I need to talk to. it’s great customer service and something that is lacking in the solar industry as a whole and in the world today. people that care about you and don’t just want to make a sale… that’s prime home solutions. I’m not going to pretend the install process was without hiccups, it wasn’t as nothing ever is. the important thing is how they handeled the issues as they arise - they were on top of every thing that went awry (expected timeline, wrong material for netting etc). they were on it and communicative and respectful. I liked every person who came out to our house - all knowledgeable, respectful, helpful. highly highly recommend prime home solutions. We’ve referred Jeremy to multiple friends and family members!

Prime Home Solutions were originally contracted by the home manufacturers for solar system installation. We originally got sufficient panels when we built the home, but two years later Prime Home Solutions contacted us to add onto our current solar system due to upcoming increase in PG&E rates. My husband and I recently purchased a home and knew we wanted solar panels. We had a 28 panel system installed at our old house and knew a bit about solar from our research back then. When we started looking into various companies again, we had numerous reps come to our house and tell us about their solar companies. We had Mike Del Vecchio with Prime Home Solutions come out and tell us a bit about their company. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable & personable. We appreciated his thorough, detailed & organized presentation, and because of him, we ended up choosing Prime Home Solutions. My wife and I really wanted to install solar on our historic old home. With clearance from the landmark society, I asked 4 different contractors to evaluate and bid. Two were fully ready to take our money and install solar. Mike, however, told us the truth of the matter, that we are not good candidates for solar because of all the great old shade trees surrounding our home, the fact that our roof is broken up with dormers that reduce the available panel space and that our solar exposure is all east/west with no southern sun exposure. By the time I got this information from Mike, I had learned enough to realize he was absolutely right. I am so appreciative of getting the truth instead of a sales pitch.Further, Mike kept our scheduled in-person appointment to deliver this news and explained the problems thoroughly. He could easily have “phoned it in.” He is clearly a man of honor and I have to believe that Prime Home Solutions is a company driven by substantial values and honesty. If we should ever move, I would trust this company for our solar needs.

I received several estimates for solar from several different companies a few were really high and a few were really low. Mike Del Vecchio from Prime Home Solution took his time and walked me through the entire process. He was super detailed in terms of his recommendation, reviewed his analysis and number of panels needed, etc. he was very honest in terms of what we should expect. I was interested in going solar.  Our real estate agent mentioned that other clients of hers had worked with Brad Stewart at Prime Home Solutions and had good experiences.  When we purchased our Rocklin home we met with Brad.  We have a stone coated steel roof which most companies will not install solar on, but Brad assured us that Prime had plenty of experience installing on our type of roof.Prime completed the installation in one day.  Brad came out during and after the installation to make sure I was happy with my installation.  I was thoroughly pleased with all aspects of the sale and installation.  I would highly recommend working with Brad Stewart and Prime Home Solutions.

installers were late and built a grid on the shaded part of my roof (looks nothing like the plans I signed off on). Their office phones don't have voicemail set up, so responses aren't prompt. It's been almost 90 days since my panels were installed and they are still not active. Prime home hasn't reached out to me once to give me an update. When I do get fed up and call them, I get a lame excuse a promise to follow up- except they never do and the cycle starts all over. I'm posting here as a warning to others and because the social media team appears to be the only part of this organization that's responsive.

A teacher I work with recommended Scott when I asked her about the solar they put on their house. After a simple call and few questions, he was able to analyze my PG&E bills and the roof of our house to make sure it was good for panels. I now have a solar payment and no PG&E bill. The solar payment is less than my lowest PG&E bill I remember having and I will own the system in 12 years.
