Jose and Gloria are top notch professionals. Gloria scheduled an inspection within a few days of my call. Jose was kind, patient and what I appreciate the most was his willingness to make sure my wife and I understood every step of the process. Jose and his crew cleaned up after themselves daily. Which meant a lot to us as our kids play in the backyard every day. They were on time and worked hard all day long. Both Jose and Gloria communicated with us throughout the entire project. Prime Roofing is the second roofing company I called and am SO glad I did not settle on the first. Jose and Gloria were there EVERY step of the way. I can't stress this enough!When I made my initial call, they took time with me to consider and cater to all of my needs and concerns.Our home insurance provider has been back and forth with us, giving us the runaround, yet when I asked Prime Roofing to come out a 2nd time to cater to the insurance company, they did not hesitate there either.Communication is everything you can ask for with Prime and I haven't even gotten to the quality and care of their work.Jose and his crew went above and beyond when repairing our roof. A little background, when we purchased the house 10 years ago, we were unaware that the valleys and tiles were improperly installed, which caused a few leaks in our roof.Prime Roofing stripped all the tile, and reinstalled the valleys the correct way. While doing so, Prime once again above and beyond and replaced waterlogged/rotted plywood under the tile.They even provided multiple payment options to us.Just incredible service throughout!HIGHLY recommend!Service: Roof repair

Jose Hernandez, owner/operator of Prime Roofing of Roseville, and his crew did an excellent job on replacing our 30 year old roof. Prime Roofing was one of 6 quotes received, and was by far the best priced of the lot, by as much as $10,000 in a few cases. Our roofs (separate garage as well) are steep and complex with skylights that required replacing. His rate for dry rot damage was more than reasonable. Very conscientious, hard working. Good job of cleaning up at the end of each days work.
