PSC totally exceeded my expectations! After we finally got the job scheduled they totally blew me away. They had three layers of siding including rock removed in two hours and actually finished the entire job in two days. On top of that it was two of the hottest days. This is our first time using Pro Superior Construction. We contracted with them in late June of 2022 to remove the old wooden shingle siding on the front half of our house and replace it with James Hardie concrete-fiber siding that looks like shingles. The wooden shingles had been stained twice in the past - but two decades of weathering had caused them to fade and crack. The sales manager, Dan Dyer, met us at our house and did a complete walkthrough of the exterior of our home. He was extremely knowledgeable about the James Hardie product (including pointing out that the product is made to resist wet conditions, fire, and insect damage - and to resist fading). Dan made helpful suggestions for some minor additional work on our porch pillars, the decorative trellis over our garage, and the repainting of our front door. The trim around the windows where the shingles were applied was also replaced. They painted the downspouts and the foundation area at the base of the house below the shingles. He gave us product samples and made color suggestions, and did all of the measurements of the property on the first visit. He prepared a contract that met all our homeowner's association (HOA) requirements, and made it easy to get approved, including providing samples of the siding. Throughout the project he always responded quickly to any of our texts or phone calls. When there were some issues in the delay in getting the siding because of pandemic-induced shortages, Dan always attempted to ensure that Pro Superior would continue to seek additional siding from multiple suppliers. He was extremely professional throughout the project - and conveyed any concerns we had as the project progressed to the workmen on the site.The work crews were incredible - they worked from time they arrived (usually between 7:30 and 8:00 AM) until the time they left - usually around 5 PM or so - except for lunch breaks. They responded to all or our requests (redid some painted areas if they were not perfect - meticulously applied the weatherproof caulking - and thoroughly cleaned our driveway, porch and walkways of paint spots.The office personnel - including Brogen and Anastasia were always friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to David and Peter who ran the crews.Hopefully there will be fewer supply issues in the future as these mitigate.We strongly recommend Pro Superior Construction.

I have an old mobile home; it was in bad shape not insulated much. I was searching for a siding company to replace the siding and also insulate the home. After speaking to 4 or 5 siding companies, I found Pro Superior. Dan and Todd were professional, and they understood what I was looking for mostly. I found they are price competitive and certified installer for James Hardie cement board siding; I will get quality improvement for my home likely. Upon discussion, they matched with my insulation request with mineral wool fire and acoustic insulation batt also at good price. I also requested to add stone siding to the front skirt of my home. Dan was good listener and revised the contract to accommodate most of my requests. And Danill stepped in when we were not able to decide on the style and color, etc. He was knowledgeable and gave good advice. It helped me to finalize the details of the siding.They did postpone my installation date about a bit more than half month than I expected.Once the installation crew started, they were professional, hardworking, very good work ethics, and craftmanship. I was impressed. Team lead Daniel listened, and also helped fix some of my electrical outlets and wires. The project just got done beautifully. They cleaned up everything before they left. My home looks great. I got compliments from neighbors.Overall, it has been a great experience working with Pro Superior from getting estimate, meeting my requests and actually carrying it out building it. I would recommend this company for your cement board siding project.My permit passed inspection. Daniel fixed and cleared couple permit violations diligently. This time inspector said: "Great Job!" I am happy to have my quality siding done.

If you are reading this you are likely looking for a reliable Hardy Board Siding contractor that does excellent work at a great price, someone you can trust, someone that will show up on time and treat your home like it was theirs! Well look no further, you just found the contractor you are looking for!! I used Pro Superior to reside a two storey house in Marin after getting 5 bids. Pro Superior was $25,000 under the highest bid. I flip houses, and I can tell you their work was outstanding. They corrected some rot damage to the framing, sheeted the entire house and cut the molding pieces under the windows to allow for drainage (something most contractors don't do according to the building inspector). They also followed up and corrected all the little problems that are a normal part of a job like this, like sheetrock nails that can get pushed out, interior touch up painting and caulking around the windows on the inside.Services: Paint indoors, Exterior painting, Drywall repair

I had wanted to get the siding replaced on my house for nearly 8 year so I started calling around to get some info. Pro Superior Construction were the most straight forward ones from the three I got estimates from. The crew were very professional, they showed up and worked for nearly 10 hours straight everyday till the job was finished. The house looks amazing, my only regret was not doing it 5 years sooner. Our project involved replacing deteriorating redwood shingle siding with JamesHardie Siding, installing a new custom gable vent, and installing six new windows along the front of our house in the place of three existing larger windows.After getting several other quotes we decided to go with Pro Superior Construction. The owner, Daniil, was happy to answer all of our questions, walk us through the construction process and timeline, and work with us on design alternatives. Being one of our first major remodel projects we really appreciated Daniil's experience in both Residential and Commercial projects, and we also liked that Pro Superior was one the few "Elite Preferred" contractors for JamesHardie in our area. After a few site visits, and changes to our contract (they were great about revising and clarifying details as we changed our minds, e.g. color, trim sizes, window options) we set a date to get started.We had Roman as the foreman on our project. Roman was always on time, had a positive attitude, and was good with working with us on the details. After the initial demo we found out some of our old framing was out of plumb as far out as a few inches. I was really worried about our siding coming out warped or wavy, but Roman was quick to reassure us that it wouldn't be a problem. He immediately got to work adding supplemental backing and framing in the trouble areas. After the finished install I would never been able to tell there was an issue. Roman seemed to take pride in his work.It might be silly, but as I stood in my front yard checking out the finished product, a few young neighborhood boys on bikes stopped in front of our house and a asked me if I had built a brand new house. We are very happy with the results, and would recommend Pro Superior for anyone thinking of starting a siding project.

Crew was on time, professional and entire project was finished within a week and a half once the project started (ran into some delays due to COVID-19 shutdown, delay on getting permits, etc.). They tore out old deck due to rotting beams and prepared fascia for new cable railings. They installed Woodtone siding, which looks *fantastic* and makes a great accent to the new exterior Benjamin Moore dark gray paint job. Daniil and crew were very responsive whenever we asked about something - they want customers to have a great experience. I approached Pro Superior Construction about a year ago to install James Hardie Siding on our new build. After speaking with Todd and discussing our needs beyond siding, I decided to go with Pro Superior Construction even though they were not the lowest bidder. Not only did they install siding for us but they also installed soffits under the eaves and porches. The team was extremely efficient. Roman, the installer, was always willing to work with us to ensure we got "the look" that we were going for. When James Hardie did not accept our claim to fix some manufacturing defects with the paint, Brogan mailed me a paint kit overnight when the manufacturer would not. As a home owner, you couldn't ask for more from a sub-contractor. They truly that had our best interest at heart.What sets Pro Superior above the rest is their intense desire to satisfy the customer. Months after their install, they sent out a crew to remove the siding that they had previously installed so that we could access and fix the rough-in plumbing from the exterior when accessing it from the interior would be costly and time consuming. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company and helping us rebuild a house that has been passed down from generation to generation. If you are considering using this company, it's not even a decision. Do not hesitate. Just go with them. They will take care of you!

TL;DR: If you're in the market for new siding, give PSC a chance to beat your other bids out there.My parents decided they wanted to install new sidings on their SF home rather than a new coat of paint. As the oldest child to non-english speaking parents, I was tasked with making this project happen before the end of the year. If you're reading this review, kudos to you for doing your research!I chose PSC because they were the most competitive with pricing and had decent reviews for being a smaller family-owned company. The contract was signed on the last week of September 2020 and work began mid December. In between months, I had consistent follow ups and updates from the company. There were a few delays but I felt they were all reasonable given the pandemic times.Once the project began, everything went very smooth. My parents were onsite most days and said the workers were very hard working and professional throughout. Our project overall took about a week from start to finish and my parents are very happy with the results.

Pro Superior Construction did an amazing job for us last September 2019. They replaced all of the siding on our 3,000+ square foot house. It was done professionally and with great courtesy, i.e., the workers were always concerned about the condition they left our house in every day, during the three weeks it took to complete the job. Also, just as the work was started it became apparent that the old siding had integrated sheathing, which meant our entire house had to be re-sheathed with plywood. There was no way to know this ahead of time, and I was obviously concerned about the cost this would add to the project since it was not in the original bid. I immediately called Daniil, the owner, and he assure me that he would do this at a reasonable cost and he was true to his word. We could not be happier with the new appearance of our home, and the quality of work that Daniil’s team performed. We had Hardie cedarmill lap siding and trim and new gutters and downspouts installed by Pro Superior earlier this year and could not be happier with it! Max and his crew did a fantastic job not just of installing the siding and trim but really going above and beyond turning boring porch 4x4 posts into beautiful columns. The crew arrived on time and left the working areas organized each day. As the job progressed, Max alerted me to issues under the old rotten siding and made the needed repairs quickly. When it came time for me to schedule the during and post-install inspections, due to covid-19 it was done over the telephone with photos, rather than in person. For both inspections, the inspector could not stop gushing about what a nice job it was. All of our visitors say “wow it is like you got a brand new house!” and we agree. Thank you!

Pro Superior Construction were able to order and install four new windows in our ranch home in Rancho Cordova. Dan Dyer visited our home to take measurements for the new measurements and was able to give us an outstanding estimate for the cost of materials and labor. He really heard us out on what we needed for our home. The windows were received a month later, and Todd Wonnacott was able to install all four windows, in the same day. Todd is a very sharp, hard working, experienced installer and we are grateful for his work. They worked hard and were respectful of our home. They cleaned up after each day of work. Our house was built in 1930, and our goal was to have it look original with the added (secret) benefit of Hardyboard. We watched Pro Superior Construction replace the siding on a neighbor’s house, from tear-out to paint. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship. We talked to a couple of the workers, and they were friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about their company. At that point, we were committed to having Pro Superior replace the siding on our house. They did not disappoint. They were helpful, friendly, fast, and did a super quality job. We had them insulate the walls, install plywood and Hardie Wrap, install smooth Hardie Board siding, and paint. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Pro Superior Construction replaced my front and back siding this past summer. I was only able to add James Hardie siding to the back of my home because it is in San Francisco and permitting would not allow me to add it to the front. Daniil worked with me to determine what would be the best option for the front of the house. His crew ended up repairing some dry rot, and replacing front wood siding in addition to painting the entire front. I had the bad timing of securing a permit just in time for the lock down, but Daniil kept in touch with me through this period and was able to schedule me ASAP as soon as construction was allowed again in San Francisco. I found Pro Superior Construction to be very professional as well as price competitive. Daniil appeared very knowledgeable about the subject matter and very flexible in what he was able to offer. I am very happy with the work that was done and would recommend Pro Superior Construction, and Danill and crew in particular, to any of my friends. I would not hesitate to call them again if I needed any siding/windows or any other work that they do.I am someone who does not work with contractors a great deal and home repairs/maintenance is always somewhat daunting for me, but these guys made the process very comfortable and gave me the confidence that I had made the right choice.

We first began getting estimates for our job in August of 2022. We got several bids, and talked with several contractors. (We already knew that we wanted James Hardie siding installed on our cabin due to it being in a fire-danger area.) Dan Johnson was our first point of contact with Pro Superior Construction. He was by far the most professional, responsive, and organized of those we spoke with, as well as the bid being the best price. He went above and beyond frequently, communication was easy, prompt, and clear. The work itself was more managed by Brogen. He was also responsive, clear, and generous with photos to keep us apprised of progress. The work is beautiful, and was done meticulously, carefully, and well. The colors we chose, in part with their helpful suggestions, are very beautiful, our cabin looks considerably better. The workers worked with us in all sorts of ways to collaborate around fire-resistant vents, air conditioners, and several other details. Their time estimates were accurate, and the clean-up impeccable. Cannot imagine recommending a company more highly than we are recommending them.
